I emailed the manufacturer/seller and they sent me the correct part, were great communicators and did not give me a hard time. All 4 chairs are assembled around our firepit and they look great. I bought these chairs as a birthday gift for my fiance. Assembly took a little while (about an hour per chair) but I'm not super handy, so for someone with a drill and the correct drill bits, it should come together in a snap. We've had them outside since June and so far there are no signs of wear and tear. I'd definitely recommend these to a friend. I love that they fold up for storage purposes too!

As you've probably seen other reviews, these chairs come as just parts and you need to put EVERYTHING together. It took about an hour and a half for the 1st one but down to an hour for the last one so make sure you have time! The chairs look great, smell great and are foldable to make carrying easier. I wouldn't really call them portable though as they are bulky and somewhat heavy. They are pretty sturdy but slight movement when getting up and down and creaks. The only thing I wish they had was a rounded back instead of straight back, that would be more comfortable, but I still love them and think it's a great deal as long as you're willing to build them.

Do not waste your money. Takes a lot of time to put together because it comes in a lot of pieces which is fine but the quality of these chairs is horrible. When put together there are chips everywhere and the arms rest have already started to break and it’s only been 2 weeks, Really disappointed ☹️

I was looking forward to these chairs, but unfortunately, they didn’t live up to expectations—mainly due to the inaccurate color shown online. 🎨 Color Not as Advertised The biggest issue was the color. What arrived was noticeably darker and more reddish than what was shown on the product page. It doesn’t match the outdoor setup I had planned for, which was really disappointing. 🧰 Assembly Is Time-Consuming Each chair took close to an hour to assemble. The instructions were okay, but having a power drill helped a lot. Not ideal if you’re hoping for a quick setup. 🪑 Decent Once Built They feel sturdy enough and are fairly comfortable, but one of the chairs had slight alignment issues that made it a bit wobbly. ❌ Cons: Color is significantly different from what’s pictured Time-consuming assembly process Minor quality inconsistencies Overall: These chairs look nice in theory, but the actual product didn’t match what was advertised. If color accuracy and easy setup are important to you, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

79 yr old woman here and just assembled 4 chairs by myself. Just had to figure out how to prop up the back for part of it. Cannot speak to sturdiness yet. Family has not used them yet. Otherwise… There is little in the way of text instructions but you can do it if you pay very close attention to the diagrams, including how the chair is positioned while you’re working on it. My only real complaint has to do with some of the stickers on the various parts. The little round ones with part numbers are needed and are rarely a problem. They come off pretty easily without leaving much of a mess. However, the larger, rectangular stickers are a problem to get off. Very time consuming and they leave a sticky mess where they were attached. Haven’t figured out what to do about those yet. Besides, the only information on them is that you can get your fingers pinched, in several languages. Heck, you could pinch your fingers in just about every step if you’re not careful. So, for my money, they could just leave those stickers off in the first place and avoid a big, unnecessary frustration. Other than that, I like them and will report back if they do not turn out to be sturdy enough. Love the fold up for storage, though.
