This fence was relatively easy to install. It was fast and easy to assemble and adjust as needed, but the small hooks on the stakes made it difficult to push them into the ground, as there was no room for the leverage needed on harder ground. I'm using it to keep the bunnies out of the garden. I do not think it is sturdy enough to hold dogs, unless it is just newborn puppies. The gates are easy to open, by just lifting a small plate, but they aren't very secure. A dog would probably be able to just just the gate open. This is meant for level ground. For my garden, I had to do some digging so each panel would sit at the same level and line up properly. So, in my opinion, this is not a great option for dogs, but IS WONDERFUL for the garden. ... show more

I ordered this for camping but it unfortunately did not arrive before our trip as advertised. Seller was quick to offer a small refund for the disappointment. The fence however is quite wonderful. Lightweight but still able to contain our 70ish lb dogs. It fits in our dining room and still had three panels left over. I’ll probably get at least 8 more panels later as we have 4 large dogs and want to provide adequate space for them by our camper. ... show more

I installed 2 raised beds for my wife to grow vegetables. Unfortunately this was a source of food for the bunnies that are everywhere. We even found a nest of 4 newborns last year and the year before next to the green beans. Tried using chicken wire and wire fence but it looked funny and tended to fall. This was VERY easy to install and I like that when growing season is over, the panels can easily be removed to prepare for the next season. The distance between the spokes in 1.5 inches. I ordered the 14 panels plus 2 gates. Used 6 per bed and had 4 left over that I free standed around my pots with cilantro, strawberries and rosemary. ... show more

We ordered this fence for goats - nope. (They jump over, or could run right through.) However, to corral chickens or little dogs, they work just fine. We bought wooden stakes and pounded them into the ground on each side of the joints to help hold up the panels (spray painted the stakes to match). The gates aren't super sturdy; all 3 of ours are broken now but with more gentle use they'd probably have held up better. These sets were economical compared to similar options, and gave us a good (relatively inexpensive) idea what having a more permanent fence around our perimeter would be like - so now we have to build a permanent one. We have 2 small/medium sized dogs, they can't jump this size fence. Does great and stands still even with strong winds and rain. We have ours set up like a running track that wraps around the side of our house. Ours isn't even staked down so we can move it to mow and it still stays up. No leaning or gaping. ... show more
