Thank you to Deborah and her review video on here!! Saved my pole. The last step of installation is adjusting the last few centimeters to fit correctly against ceiling. Thanks to the other reviewer’s video, I saw what they meant by inner pole/how to adjust. It was very tight to adjust (even with the 3 screw removed from part 1), so I took down and did a bit of the last adjustment step with the pole horizontal. Then I was able to easily adjust when vertical. The instructions are awful. There wasn’t even guidance on what extensions to use for what ceiling height, I had to come back here and look at the Amazon product images (don’t follow the instructions without checking the product image here, or you’ll be adding extensions you might not need and they are difficult to remove once tightened!). Very strange that for a product that could injure or damage your house easily if not properly installed the instructions are so unclear. Definitely watch other reviewers videos here for guidance. companys YouTube video instructions are just as terrible. And most other installation videos on YouTube are for older versions where the inner rod adjustment is done at the top not base. Five stars because I’m rating the product and wouldn’t want to deter someone from buying. The pole is great, sturdy, good quality. Very happy with it and price. My husband helped me assemble it. It's easy enough to assemble that you don't need the instructions. It came in a box in a box in a box - too many boxes! lol When my husband was pulling it out of the box, the top part collapsed and bonked him on the head. It's very sturdy and very fun!

The media could not be loaded. Didn’t think it fit my ceiling at first but i didn’t realize i had to unscrew the bottom to extend it. After i figured that out everything was straight forward, it’s stable and i love it sm !! I took one star off bc of the shipping but thats not really the sellers fault and they tried their best to work with me. Overall, im very satisfied with this pole, if you’re a baby $tripper wanting to practice on the pole, you just started pole dancing or just a girl wanting to try out something new this is perfect for you !! ... show more

At first, we couldn't get the pole to suction or even actually touch the ceiling. With the extensions it was too long. I had originally put in for a return, bit then decided to try one last time. (It didn't make sense as it was compatible with my silver one!) I looked through the reviews and came upon a video that was uploaded where the purchaser shows that the adjustment was on the bottom vs the top. Once we were able to get it up, it is sturdy and looks way prettier in gold than the typical silver! Recommended but watch the video reviews before putting it up! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This is my first pole. It was easy to install (instructions say to have 2 people, I did it myself). Once you get the hang of the transition from static to spinning, your pole world opens up! Pro tip: make sure you are locking the pole into place using the 3 screws on the side of the pole, so that the base inner pole cannot be moved separately from the rest of the pole. I have no complaints. It does what it’s supposed to do. I use it to workout and improve flexibility. I’ve gotten better at my upper body strength. It did take me a bit to figure out how to set it up while reading the manual but the YouTube video online helped me finish the process. Having another person would be helpful but you could do it on your own too. It was making sure it was centered what made it slightly tedious. I believe it took me about 30 minutes total. I did buy a stud finder and placed the pole under the stud. I have had it slip once so I made sure I tightened it a bit more afterwards and since then, it’s been perfect. I love it! ... show more
