The chairs look good and are nice to sit in. They match decor They are easy to assemble I don’t understand why the shorter screws secure the base but it doesn’t seem to be an issue. Packaged super over the top well, no damage. This plastic ring everyone complains about is nothing more than a cover to blend the base with the upright so honestly who cares it looks chrome and doesn’t tLe away from the chair. They adjust to different heights depending on the area you will use them or the person. Word to the wise the chair extended to the top height and climbed on by a child can result in tipping or injury. It’s a chair and not a playground so consider safety. ... show more

They looked beautiful, larger and taller than I expected, and easy to assemble. I used 2 of them, today I’m putting the other two for Thanksgiving and one nail is missing, still using the chair but it’s getting loose already. Daunting when you open the box, so much packing. There was a broken piece retaped to the bottom so was nervous that I had received a return. Yet, there were two new pieces packed separately? Nothing scratched or dented. Allen wrench assembly with picture only instructions so the first one took time. One person job but heavy to work with. Appear larger than pictured in my space but very comfortable to sit in. Swivel and height adjustable. I am 5' 4" and needed a step stool to get up at the highest level. Awkward to move around because there is no attachment to the bottom support, but I am sure I can live with it. Great value. Will see the longevity. ... show more

A couple of chairs didn’t seam to be finished, missed rivets and maybe varnish(two different colors). Seller sent 2 more chairs to make it right so that’s why they get 5 stars. Please check up on your quality control though. We love the chairs, they look great and are comfortable

Chairs are very nice after assembly them we did notice that 2 of the chairs was the lighter brown and I ask for the darker brown, I had already torn the boxes up and got rid of them.
