Would not recommend on getting this scooter the part where it bends to fold it broke. I was riding it when it broke off on me send me flying. Extremely dangerous they really need to work better on that area. It’s way to flimsy. When I got this first one. The box was heavily damaged. It went to together fine. But rear wheel barely rolled. Some adjusting arm it started rolling, but made a ton of noise. Had to send back Nothing like the same brand I rode a year ago in Long Beach. Getting a different brand tomorrow.

I have had the scooter for about a year. I use it almost every day commenting a few miles each way. It’s a good scooter and sturdy. I have had no issues with the battery. Wish they sold more parts online. I’ve replaced one bolt (don’t recommend jumping off of curbs) after riding too hard, too many times. Customer service was helpful and sent me a new bolt for free - though would be happy to buy if they sold all the parts online. The media could not be loaded. Was riding and my clamp or whatever you call it snapped off and I almost wrecked. Now I can’t find the part to even fix it and on top of that now I’ma be paranoid asf to ride it 😂😂. I’ll prob buy 2 parts if I can find it just in case I’m far away from home and I can just replace it on the ride. HOW CAN I FIND THESE PARTS KS5?????? ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I bought this last year, used it 10 times and hurt my back ( not from riding it). I turned it on last week , rode it down the block and when I went to turn it off the on/off button was missing and can't shut it off or on. Tried to find a replacement part, couldn't. Tried to contact the company. Won't respond. I would not recommend buying this product ... show more
