I just received this a couple of days ago, and I did have a bit of trouble getting the lid to come off. I eventually pushed down a bit on the lip of the lid and that allowed the opposite side to come free enough for me to open it. Since I have washed it, that doesn't seem to be a problem...and it tells me the lid stays on tightly! What I really like is the texture of the cup on the outside. It keeps my drinks cold and it's size is just what I expected. I have not tried it with any hot products yet. One minor thing, as far as I am concerned, is that the lid doesn't close over the mouth piece, so it won't' help much if you tip the cup over by mistake. However, over all, I quite happy with my purchase and would recommend.

This really does keep drinks cold for hours! Even the ice stays super cold and doesn't melt. And I like the feel of the outside of it, it's a comfortable matte finish. The only drawback is that it's a *little* smaller than some other tumblers, but that's a minor quibble. It's half price compared to more expensive, more well-known brands, but has all of the quality of those brands. Great buy! Will be enjoying many beverages in this tumbler.

This cup has only one flaw that I can see. It is hard to keep a grip on the surface. I love that I can freeze it, and keep my juice colder longer. I bought it because I wanted an unbreakable cup for juice. I’m supposed to drink 8 oz juice daily and this 10 oz cup is perfect for that. The stainless steel interior cleans so easily. Unfortunately, the exterior feels slippery and I feel safer holding it with both hands.

Got 3 of these as a Christmas gift for my wife and she loves them. Just as good as the overpriced name brand cups. She uses them for iced coffee in the morning and they are perfect for that.

I'm a long time purchaser of various hydroflask type items to drink out of and honestly this is the more affordable version. I bought the teal color and used my Cricut to put vinyl decals on it. It keeps my coffee warm as I'm drinking it at work and has even held up when I dropped it (accidentally). Would highly recommend.
