May just be a 5 star but it’s still early. I got this for my dogs toys (🤣) it’s the perfect size! Soft and sturdy lots of room. The bonus tray is cute (haven’t decided on its role yet but it’s a nice bonus sturdy and good size tray). I completed the “warranty” included in the basket and got an immediate reply from the company with information on how to care for the basket (which is a bonus in my mind customer service has kinda fell by the wayside so this was a nice surprise).
