We got the green, "mint", colour is very true to the pictures on the Amazon page. This is heavy-weight quality furniture. Nothing thin, chintzy or flimsy here. Very good hardware and lid hinges & spring-loaded stay. Lid is very securely held open when up. Strong enough to sit on when closed. Attached a pic of a toy inside as frame of refernce for interior size, roomy! Built-in handles, easy to move. And very easy to assemble. Minutes with a simple screwdriver. This was designed and built with safety in mind. Happy with purchase. Would recommend and definitely buy again 👍 ... show more

Some reviewers commented that it was smaller than they expected. It is small, but having looked at the dimensions before ordering, it was the exact size I wanted. I do wish I had seen the review about screwing in the hinge to the top before attaching the top though. The toy box itself was pretty quick and easy to assemble except for the hinge. It would have definitely been easier if I had attacked the hinge to the top before attaching the top itself. Also, like many others commented, it already has scratches. It even had a shoe print on one of the sides. The print wiped off, and the scratches weren't too bad, but my biggest issue was that it didn't come with any instructions. I had to look online for the diagram. Otherwise, it's good for the toys we have for our under-five years old grandchildren that we keep here for them to play with when visiting. ... show more

Honestly, anything from the Delta brand is fantastic. The toy box is perfect and my son likes to use it to lift himself up, it doesn’t tip or move. Fits his toys perfectly too. It is smaller than I anticipated but that’s not an issue for me, makes it versatile so it fits anywhere. 10/10. I don’t have an opinion on how easy it is to build. My husband put it together (without the instructions of course…) and made the same mistake on both toy boxes he built. So, more human error lol ... show more

We got this little chest to use as a costume box for our kids. It was easy to assemble and is a sturdy, nice looking toy chest. Checks all the boxes of functionality and doing what we need it to do. The only real downside to the box is the SMELL. Good god the smell is strong and very long lasting. We are nine months in and can still smell it when opening the chest. I would highly recommend letting the box air out outside or in a garage for as long as you can before starting to use it. We left it outside for three or four days and it definitely helped, but if we could have left it out for longer I would have. Great little chest, but beware the smell. ... show more

I use the Delta Children MySize Toy Box for my son’s stuffed animal collection. This toy box is a smaller size campared to other options out there (most likely why they call it “my size”). Although I actually like that about it. The fact that it’s small allows my one-year-old son to easily use it. It also fits great in his room without taking up too much space. My absolute favorite thing about this toy box is the gaps on the bottom and sides so that your little one can’t hurt their fingers. My son can open and close the box himself without me having to worry about that.
