I've been using these keycaps for a while now, and I can confidently say that I love them. The colors are even prettier in person, the gradient is really nice. They feel great, and I like that the letters are on the front instead of the top. The shine through is really nice, it works really well. I like keeping the lights dim while I'm at my desk, and I'm still able to see all of the keys well even with the keyboard light turned down to a lower setting. They were easy to swap out on my keyboard, and the tool it comes with was a bonus. The packaging made it easy to go row by row so I didn't get confused on what key I was changing. I was initially worried about the lighter keys discoloring over time, but that has not been an issue at all, and I use this keyboard every day for both work and gaming.     • Decent Caps, Limited By Profile and Color

These are fine side print shine through caps. They're good with south facing LEDs (regular top printed caps with shine through are best with north facing LEDs) which is exactly why I wanted them. I've got them on a Womier (which is XVX) S-K71 which has a vertically arranged home/end/pgup/pgdn/ins/del cluster. Therein lies the problem with these caps. Because they are gradient and in a cap profile which varies by row, they have to be installed one way on this board. That is neither the way I would prefer to map the keys nor the way they come default mapped on this board. Essentially buying these caps means remapping the keys on this company's own product to be a questionable layout. Docked one star for not providing more options of caps for these keys, which are the most-often varied in configuration (because they can be found in essentially four different rows and both tall and wide layouts)...at the very least they should ponder their own keyboards and be able to fit their own caps to the default mappings. Beyond that, there's no menu or win (or even blank) bottom row standard width cap, so I have a numpad 0 placed on the bottom right. Outside of this, they look good and feel fine. I'd prefer to have been able to get a flat profile like XDA (thus eliminating the issue of profile at least) but they don't sell one in side print. ... show more

I was instantly drawn to the colors of this set. I was nervous given the chance that I might not have all the keys to fit the keyboard I was using them on, but this set comes with other options to make sure you have the keys to fit where you need them. For example, the right sided alt/fn/ctrl keys on my keyboard are smaller keys than some keyboards and this key set came with the large and small options for these keys. The backlighting of my keyboard shines through beautifully and I love the characters being on the front of the keys. Excellent set and I couldn't be more pleased! I mean, you get what you pay for. These are very cheaply made keycaps - feel like keycaps that belong on a $20 Walmart keyboard. I didn't mind XVX's low profile ones, but these aren't it. In the same color way with a more unique font, the ones by KCP Master are far more worth it - nearly double the price though! Worth it IMO, if you're building a keyboard, keycaps like these by XVX provide a sharp, hollow sound that takes away from your switches. Awesome color and design for a cheap switch on a stock keyboard though! Which is why Im leaving at 3 stars ... show more

I bought this to replace a set I bought from Amazon recently (the YMDK 136 Key ABS OEM ANSI ISO Side-lit Shine Through Keycaps UV Coated for 108 104 96 87 75 68 61 NJ80 KBD75 GMMK 84 YD64 XD64 GK64). The old keycaps would NOT stay on the switches and could be dislodged by tapping the keyboard lightly with it upside down. These, however, are a perfect fit. They are tight to the switch shaft and are exactly what I wanted (though I did like the red accent keys from the other kit). The brightness is a little to be desired as the keys seem faint with a light on, but are perfectly readable in a dark room. All in all, this is a very good keycap set and I am happy with my purchase. ... show more
