I purchased this product as a X-Mas gift for my wife back in December of 2023, It was difficult to set up but eventually someone reached out to make it work. 5 months later I took my Jeep in for State Inspection & it was not passing. I had to do a full electrical work up on my Jeep and turned out that product was draining battery due to a short circuit it was causing to electrical system. The product had to be removed and original placed back in vehicle. My jeep finally passed inspection. Now I’m hoping Amazon helps me get my $700+ I spent on the product that was no good and I guess I have to eat the repair to my wife’s Jeep.

Product is what was advertised. Install was easy plug n play. I had to fiddle with the interface and change the km to mph was not in any instructions. Luckily someone posted use code 0169 to edit factory configuration km to mph. I do have a problem how do set the odometer correctly. It show I have 10miles on the car. Also how do you configure oil change reminders? How do you fix the east and west being backwards on the compass? If anyone knows pls post

i purchased my jeep with this installed...i have random wiper movement..where can i get updated firmware to fix this.

The media could not be loaded. I recommend it if you want to change the jeep completely, sometimes it turns on the windshield wipers senselessly but very rarely and it's nothing serious maybe it will be fixed with some update, but the change is incredible.

This dash has been a continual problem and the customer service has stopped replying to my emails. Lets list the problems: 1. The campus points 180 degrees off 2. The dash has strobing (on off) warning lights 3. The speedometer fluctuates with strobing waring lights 4. I have to reset the battery every few days to clear the dash so I can start my car 5. The dash has a constant power drain on the battery and if I don't drive it daily I have to recharge it. 6. I have had to replace my battery three times due to the dash's drain 7. Lastly, I had to by a new dash to replace it, $1200 down the drain. Save your time and money this item is no good.

Mine came in but took 6 weeks for shipping. Works great & is so much better than factory. My only issue is occasionally the windshield wipers will wipe 3 times randomly. *UPDATE* Today is 12/28/23 I got a firmware update from the seller to cure the random windshield wipers wiping and horn honking on very random occasions. I have a vdo on my utbe (spelled incorrectly on purpose to get past the algorithm here on Amazon) so if you know how to search you can find the vdo TODAY IS 10/12/2024 if you srch on utbe for my channel name Elevated Vehicles you will find the video where I share the file to update the cluster to fix all the issues that came on this cluster back in 2022. I would imagine the ones they're selling now have the update on them. Cheers P.S. Yes, mine is still going strong. I have no battery drain, no windshield wipers randomly wiping, etc... It just works. Only bummer is it's a photo of a Jeep JLU but I have a JKU. O well, I live with it. Forgot to mention you can change your odometer to read any mileage you want.
