Work gave me a keyboard and it takes time for it to break in and I got tired of waiting and mashing keys with my hands and got this. Easy to type, cute, don't have to click too hard and the mouse feels nice in your hand. Make sure you have a mouse pad or the mouse won't work.

No issues. I’ve had this keyboard and mouse for almost two years. I’ve dropped the mouse multiple times, one unfortunately very aggressively, and it did not break! Both the keyboard and mouse work perfectly fine and look pretty great. I love the color and the keyboard is pretty slim and sleek. What prompted me to write this review is before I purchase this, I was worried that the white mouse would get very dirty and discolored. At the risk of sounding gross, I will say I probably do not wipe my mouse or keyboard as often as I should. However, I did notice a little dirty smudge on the mouse today and I did wipe it down and it looks brand new. So although it will get as dirty as you may expect, it does not discolor With normal use. After two years, I would expect there to be more wear and tear and discoloration than there is. I will gladly buy another mouse and keyboard from the seller without hesitating. I also have never had any issues with the mouse and keyboard communicating with my laptop. It has literally worked Perfectly fine for the last two years.

I'm writing this review after using this key board for roughly two months now.. it did take some time adjusting to the size since it's a smidge smaller than my previous keyboard, however, some of the keys don't always register as I'm typing. I thought it was maybe typing too fast at first. Then I noticed especially on my number keypad which I use often, that it simply does not register some of the numbers after clicking them. Sometimes I have to click on them twice or even three times before it registers on my monitor. Slightly annoying, but not a complete deal breaker yet I suppose. I do enjoy the look of the matching keyboard and mouse! The mouse is definitely my favorite and is my second one of the same brand.. very quiet clicks!

The keyboard needs AAA batteries and the mouse needs AA which is kind of annoying- and they both use one USB receiver. The keyboard is super slim and compact with good feel and is pretty quiet. It also comes with a silicone cover to prevent dust and crumbs. It’s a little hard to type on with it. I prefer use without. Setup was easy!

There are very few negative reviews about this product, but nearly all of them are about this particular issue. So thought I would throw my experience out there so hopefully people considering this product will be discouraged from purchasing. I ordered this in September. When it arrived it was perfect. The keyboard was quiet, comfortable, and a great size. The mouse was too. I never had any connection issues. I used it regularly for work with no problems. I never had to replace the battery or anything. Nine months later, suddenly, and without warning or any sort of incident that would cause this, it stopped working completely. The mouse and keyboard still light up and respond when I touch them. My computer still acknowledges when I remove and re-insert the USB. But the USB and the devices seem to no longer talk to each other. I tried a different USB port, and every troubleshooting option I could think of. I contacted customer support and there was no resolution offered. They suggested I contact the seller, but there is no way to do that on their page. Amazon customer service was not able to assist me with finding their contact email, which also seems like not a good practice on the side of Amazon? They only offered a phone number, which is out of the country in China, and my phone plan will not allow me to call China without incurring fees. It seems like they should have an email on file for businesses so customers can contact them, but this does not seem to be the case. Overall very disappointed and wish I had shelled out the extra 70 or so bucks for a longer lasting, more reliable product with better customer service.
