The product has a design flaw that will break after limited use (see image). It is obvious that this brittle plastic trinket will not endure the gentlest of operation. This part was broken when the item arrived for my son's birthday. He waited patiently for the replacement part which too two weeks to receive. This vendor literally cut the part from a donor bike. The replacement part was broken in the exact same place. Now we are sitting on a $350.00 project that my son cannot ride until I purchase and retrofit a real throttle and linkage kit. Big waste if 300+ dollars. Bought in early August back tire and breaks went within a couple of weeks plastics were next now the frame is snapped. It's a Chinese made deathtrap for your kid. Make it a major pass. Gets one star because I'm forced to so I'm able to post this.

pretty easy setup. just had to screw down the handle bars on it. it comes with a mixing canister for the gas and 2 cycle engine oil. everything was clearly marked on it with instructions on how much to use. my son is about 75lbs and it moves prettt quick. we took it out for the first ride and he had a blast. everything worked well. the one tank of gas lasted him around 2 hours of continual use ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This machine is a great my 6 year old daughter loves it. It’s pretty fast so if you’re a worry wart parent and your child is under 10 I do not recommend this you will most likely have a heart attack. Set up was really easy except the one plastic plate that goes above the front fender I still haven’t figured that one out but it’s not needed so I left it off. My 11 year old son purchased this and he was able to put it together himself. Like other reviewers have said it is tiny. He's not a big 11 year old at all but he still looks like a grasshopper sitting on it. He really likes it though. It is a fast little bike, the plastic parts (fenders) seem like they might not last very long if wrecked because it's a rather thin plastic but we'll see how it holds up over time and a couple inevitable wrecks.     • Poor quality frames!
I bought two for my two grandsons ages 5 & 6. The only problem I have is the frames are extremely light and not anywhere near safe. In less than a month one of the frames cracked. We welded it and a few days later it cracked in another location. Keep in mind the riders are 5 & 6 and much smaller than the recommended weight of a 14 year old. The boys enjoy them and they run great but need to be built with something other than under rated tubing. I would not recommend riding them anywhere other than on asphalt, at any age, and especially at age 14. I suggest spending the extra money and buying a name brand dirt bike, one that will last longer than a month. ... show more

Bought the bike as a Christmas present for our 8 yr. old grandson. It went together easy, started easy, and runs great. He is thrilled and rides it every opportunity he has. It travels at about 40 mph. Went ahead and bought a helmet, gloves, goggles, arm and leg pads. Can't be too safe! I highly recommend this as a starter dirt bike for any kid. BTW- Recommend high quality 2-cycle oil and good fuel (possibly alcohol free). ... show more
