I got this watch for my 9 year old daughter and she loves it so far. She’s always checking on her steps which has helped keep her motivated to be more active throughout the day. Her and I will also have little friendly competitions on who has more steps so it has helped us bond over it as well. She had a little difficulty with the app at first but the watch itself is really easy for her to navigate and use on her own. My 7 year old can use it easily as well (and now wants one of his own). Overall, it’s a great fitness watch for kids of all ages.

This watch is great for counting steps, measuring heart rate and oxygen levels, as a stopwatch or timer, and as an alarm. I like how it’s a little smaller and lighter than an Apple Watch and that the silicon band is comfortable for my wrist or for that of a child. My kids like how the watch looks and feels. Our only complaints are the inability to change it from a 24-hour clock (it’s a European owned company) and the app is not as user-friendly for children, however, unless a child is monitoring their health I don’t feel like it’s really that necessary! We turned on notifications for messaging and calls so those go to the watch when someone messages or calls. I also tried “looking for the watch” even though it wasn’t lost, and it vibrated until I said it was located. As of yet, we have not yet used the watch for sleep monitoring. One other big pro of this watch is that it holds a charge for a long time! I haven’t charged it in like ten days and it has lasted through light use!

I could not get this darn thing to work properly. The website would not come up for me. I tried several days. The watch time was wrong and I could not get it to reset. Nothing about this thing worked correctly and I was super disappointed. Going to have to send more money for better quality I had high hopes for this but it was a let down.

the bottom line: this could be great with more attention on improving the app. longer version: I bought this because it was cheap and I wanted something simple to track my steps and swimming. It sort of does that, but not very well. simple would be fine, but it should do fewer things better. instead it has included a bunch of things it supposedly does, but none of them are particularly good. Pros: - tracks steps although i cannot comment on how accurate it is. - it tracks heart rate if you choose to measure it (i,e. not automatically). Cons: - it requires both bluetooth and wifi to display anything on the app. presumably so it can download your information. that's annoying if you're offline. - the phone app sucks. you can barely make out the steps graph, it is faint and in yellow. I keep the light on my cell phone low and remove blue light at night, so the step page barely shows. this would be so easy to fix. c'mon xplora! - exercise: you have to enter when you start and when you finish a sport. it does not detect or learn to detect that exercise by itself. e.g. swimming. i often forget... - sports data - you can see the last entry but not a history online. only steps have a history on the app. you can see a history on the watch itself, but if you do a lot of sports, it will be a mess because they are fused together. - it does not sync very well between the watch and the phone. slow. but eventually.... - the watch is supposed to come on when i raise my arm, but it does that only sometimes. usually i end up pushing the button. - brightness has to be adjusted by hand. - calories for swimming are way off. - qr code to connect by bluetooth did not work for me, on a pixel 2.

My son loved this as he’s always asking for “a watch like moms” and this was truly perfect. He enjoyed seeing the number go up with the steps and I love that I can see his progress through the app! My only complaint is that he wasn’t able to tell time on it as it’s a 24hr clock and there’s no option to change it to a 12hr.
