Had issues with the sim card but support reset the watch and it has been great. Support was fast although it was an email request they got back in an hour and resolved. Used t mobile in the US very happy with the coverage while traveling around in different states. School mode turned out to be a great feature. Activated subscription and watch continues to show no Sim. Restart watch and it will work for 2 minutes, then back to no Sim. Not happy with product. Save your money and look towards another watch.

Bad quality, doesn't work with AT&T SIM cards, So hard to type on the screen, too expensive for the quality, screen resolution is really bad, If you want the service they offer it's 2 years contract and the watch will work after 24 hours after activation, so hard to setup. The service is really bad in my area. The watch continuously has errors that says the SIMs card ins't inserted which is only fixed by restarting the watch. The GPS isn't accurate and can't follow in realtime. All in all, it's not worth the money and I definitely wouldn't want to trust it when trying to frantically locate where my kids are. ... show more
