Initially the seller sent the wrong saddlebags, we ordered the vivid black and received Matte black. It was a lot of back and forth but the seller, they initially offered a $15 discount on the wrong ones but it would cost WAY more to have them painted but they did eventually correct their error and sent the correct ones. It was a hassle to get the prepaid label sent to me and then trek this HUGE box back to FedEx but we did finally receive the correct ones and they are nice. ... show more
