Ok so it took me a bit to decide on which storage unit to buy. If you have a home gym you know floor place is prime realastate so it requires some research. What sold me on this unit was the fact that you can store plates, dumbbells and a couple barbells. I think once I get more of the above I can even raise it and store balls and others under. Building it was ok. I put it together on my own and it did required some body positions practiced in Twister, but was doable. Took me about 1 hrmostly due to doing it solo. It's heavy. After moving it to its final location I readjusted all the bolts and unit was very sturdy. It looks great in my home gym and allows for easy access to all my weights. I was even able to drop 4, 2.5 lb, dumbbell plates and they actually don't fall. I am beyond pleased with the unit.

This rack is very sturdy, and nicely made. What I love most is that it can hold multiple types of equipment like dumbbells, plates, wall ball etc. I used the top rack for my wall And followed the advice of another review I attached the top racks to that both pieces had a lip that faced up. I assembled this by myself (I’m 5’1 & 110 lbs). So it’s possible but it would be much easier with two people AND if the necessary tools were provided to assemble. With the location of some of the bolts it was very hard Tighten. For all of the bolts I had to use two wrenches (or whatever they’re called) one to hold the bolt in place and the other to tighten the opposite end. Once I figured this out it was a bit easier.

This is a great weight rack for home gyms. Plenty of space for dumbbells, up to 8 pairs of different weights. Works best with rubber-coated weights since the racks are all steel. Very solid and can hold about 8 different weight plates (again, rubber-coated) on the bottom rack with no problem. Easy to assemble with two people due to the weight of the rack, although I did it myself and it took more time. Highly recommend.

I used to have the cheap CAP barbell 2 tier 24" dumbbell rack, and some brand horizontal plate and barbell holder that both together cost maybe $30 less than this rack, and I realized I should have bought this rack for storage in the first place! Have only had it for maybe a week or so, but it is STURDY with about 465lbs of all bumper plates on the bottom, and I STILL have room to add a few more! I did purchase adjustable dumbbells, but for fixed rubber dumbbells from Tru Grit, I have the top row filled and maybe 1/5 of the bottom? Assembly was easy, just READ DIRECTIONS! In reading the directions, I almost gave up thinking I got wrong cutout left and right uprights, but when I saw a YouTUbe video and LOOKED AT THE PICTURE, not the words, realized the uprights go to the two front holes, and leave the two back holes for barbell storage. Was my fault being an idiot, and I admit I had Bleach running in the background as I assembled, so maybe distracted, so I won't take off for my negligence. Storage as I have it: Dumbbells: All PAIRS of 5, 7.5, 10, 15, 20 on top. 25 on bottom. I have adjustable up to 55lb in 2.5/5/10 increments, so to fill across I added two hip thrust/squat pads, belt and resistance band sets and gloves. Plates: (ALL Bumpers. Black ones and the 2.5 and 5 colored change plates are Tru Grit branded, the colored ones are Everyday Essentials from Walmart and I have an extra wide 5lb pair from Nexo) (2) PAIRS of 45, PAIR of 35, (2) PAIRS of 25, PAIR of 15, (3) PAIRS of 10, (2) PAIRS of 5lb, PAIR of 2.5. 465lbs total. I feel I could add a few more plates too. Barbells: Left is an Amazon black EZ Curl bar, right is a 7foot Olympic Tru Grit black cerakote 20KG bar. Much more sturdy and space saving over what I had before. Fits well to my home gym inside! Can't recommend enough!

Thrilled this fits my basic plate and dumbell set up for a fraction of the cost of other brands. Looks good, easy to assemble, very sturdy - no wobble at all. I have 4 x 45, 4 x 35, 4 x 25, 1 x 15, and 1 x 10 filling up the bottom of the rack. Barbells fit great in the sleeves.

A great little weight rack that fit perfectly in my home gym. Plenty of storage space for 10 - 45lb. hex dumbbells, two barbells, and 10 - 45lb. bumper plates. If I had one complaint it would be that it only comes with an allen wrench.

This rack is rock solid and was easy to put together. The top shelf is designed for dumbbells, but I really needed it for kettlebells and balls, so we flipped the top front rail to make a lip and cut a piece of hardboard to make a solid shelf. It works perfectly. I have a 260-pound set of bumper plates and about 10 change plates on the bottom rack, with room for more, 4 sets of dumbbells ranging from 15-35 pounds each on the middle dumbbell shelf, and some kettlebells and balls on the top shelf with room for more. My olympic bar fits nicely in the barbell holder. This rack was a great find at a great price. Definitely recommend!
