Purchased this for my dog to use as a potty area on the back patio of my condo. This product looks nice but, is not easy to install. The installation video is deceiving. Do yourself a favor, trim the excess grass from the edges of each tile you intend to snap together. Sharp scissors work fine for this. Also, don’t get ahead of yourself and put together more than 2 tiles in a line. If you are going to snap a bunch of these together, do one tile at a time and snap sections together at the corners first. It will save you lots of frustration.

The only reason I’m docking a star is because the “grass” on a few of my tiles doesn’t go all the way to the edge so the black tile is exposed. I’m had to to place these tiles in the back so it’s not as noticeable. I am pleasantly surprised by how awesome this product is! Our kids have this play house and bench that they love, but it’s a grass killer, which makes the area a bit of an eye sore. We’ve been looking for a solution when this came up. I was skeptical, but figured it was worth a shot. These grass tiles are fantastic! They look authentic, feel comfortable on bare feet, and are easy to install. For install this can be placed directly on dirt, as long as it’s level, but I treated this like pavers and put down a base, sand and weed barrier. My husband really likes this, and that’s saying a lot considering he was against the idea. I ended up buying 20sqft of compatible deck flooring to go inside their house, and an additional two sets of this grass to fill in the area around the house, and three sets for the bench area. Project turned out great, would highly recommend!

The media could not be loaded. Has a smell. But let it air out. It is a bit challenging to put together as it doesn't "snap" into place. But 2 sections at a time it wasn't too bad. It's soft and appealing. Bought it for my fur kids - and as you can see, paws of approval!

Wow!! These turf tiles are so much better than I expected at this price point. Turf by itself is definitely cheaper, but the fact that there is some kind of durable rubber/plastic grid creating a structure to each 12 inch tile with self draining holes, make these much more suitable in my opinion for pet urine and feces. Seemingly very easy to clean and relocate if need be. I live in a part of California that gets into the hundreds during the summer which is unbearable for my dog. Being able to allow him to relieve himself quickly outside is a major plus. These turf tiles were exactly what I needed for the small compact space I have available. Installing/connecting these turf tiles was very easy for me. It was also quite obvious in which direction to connect the tiles based on the direction of turf. I would suggest once installation is complete to take a broom and lightly sweep the turf in all directions to help camouflage the seams. I would definitely recommend this item to others and purchase again if need be. I will update my review if any issues arise.

We replaced a potty patch we bought at home depot and this one so much better and was $30 cheaper. We also love how it's a little raised off the ground w So we can clean under it easier since it sits on our concrete patio. Would highly recommend
