Purchase experience: ordered on prime, Q/A section said shipping would go to my house, got a phone call that I would have to pick the pallet up at the "trucking terminal". Was not told what "terminal" and had to have faith that I would find out, which I did a few days later. The pallet was shipped FedEx freight and arrived at a local FedEx terminal ~20 mins from my house. Paid a friend with an electric pallet jack and a flat bed trailer another $100 to get it from FedEx to my garage. Both machines were stacked on one pallet, with the balancer on top. Two of us were able to pick up the balancer crate off the stack and set it on the ground. It weighs ~150-200 lbs. The mounting machine is ~450 lbs. Setup: Balancer required no setup and was ready to go once unboxed. Mounter came with the bead breaker side arm and the top column with the bird's head removed. Instructions for the balancer are poor and you should throw away the instruction book for the mounting machine with the packaging. However, once I figured out the top column is part of the pneumatic system (bead blast air reservoir), things went together ok after that. FYI, install top column first, then thread a "gator bite" fitting in on the underside of the column through the side access cover. thread the large bead blast valve on the back of the column. One of the two small air hoses shoves into the underside of the column. The other small air hose shoves into the side of the large bead blaster valve. The port on the side of the bead blaster pedal valve remains open. Product review: You are definitely aware these are cheaper machines, but they actually function very well. It was apparent that someone had assembled the machines to test them before packing which I appreciated. However, what I didn't appreciate was that the tester cross threaded the pressure gauge fitting on the mounting machine. My three functional complaints on the mounting machine are that (1) it didnt come with the side rack to hang the tire filler or bead blaster on, (2) it did not come with a check valve so all the onboard reservoirs dump their pressure when you pop off the air line and (3) the reverse on the table is extremely stiff and I have to kick up on it hard to get it to engage. Have two issues with the balancer: (1) the side measurement gauge flexes so much when you pull it out, the slop covers about 3 graduations on the scale so which to choose is something you have to figure out by using the machine. (2) The cup that goes between the wheel and wing nut on the balancer is a bit cheesy and tends to swivel off center adding a minor annoyance to placing a wheel on the balancer each time. However, all that being said, both machines easily get their jobs done at a great price. I use mine for home garage duty and for that they are perfect. FYI the mounter runs off a 20 gallon air compressor just fine. ... show more

good quality machines, love the bead blaster, easy set-up instructions are terrible, but I'm mechanically inclined, balancer set-up very easy, again instructions are terrible, now shipping, I was told a certain day for delivery, had a forklift standing by for 3 days, NO show, and then contacted seller and they said it was delivered, then told me a later date, again had a forklift standing by all day, NO SHOW AGAIN, costing me money at this point I contact the shipper, and they tell me another day, NO SHOW, 2 days later as it sits 5 hours away from me! The tracking was terrible and a lie, no change in tracking until i call after the 1st delivery date came and went. Time is money, and these bigger companys take advantage of the little guys time!!! ... show more

First of all, the customer service is awesome! Extremely helpful and work with you, not against you. Both machines come packaged extremely well with no chance of damage. The quality is exactly as expected. They do what they’re designed to do. Assembly was a breeze. In my opinion you will need at least a 60 gallon air compressor which is what I have. Anything less and it will run constantly. It uses a lot of air. Smaller tires are extremely easy. Bigger tires like those on a 4x4 are harder. But that goes without saying for any tire machine. My ONLY issue was the fitting for the bead blaster and air pressure gauge. All it took was a message on Amazon to the seller and new ones were sent immediately. I have changed 20 sets of tires so far and look forward to my next set. If you have the room, (which amazingly doesn’t require that much space), and love doing these kind of jobs, by all means, do it! It is a blast! ... show more

    • How to set up the machine
The media could not be loaded. Machines took 2hr30mins to set up, the manual for the tire changer was extremely difficult to understand due to the diagram they gave me were for a single arm tire changer but I would still keep it because of the diagrams motor and wiring also it does tell you how to maintain your machines. Update, it's 2/9/2023 The machine is great I would highly recommend it, Balancer as well amazing This video is only meant for a guide for those that are having trouble because I did but worked through it, mb if some stuff aren't clear but there you go that's it Shipping was really fast which I really appreciate, communication with the company was great as well ... show more

Arrived at Fedex terminal within 6 days. California to Pittsburgh, PA. Much quicker than was estimated. Fedex terminal pickup was smooth. Identification required, pulled inside gate, waited for forklift, loaded the two crates in the bed of truck and off I went. Paperwork shows 1,000 pounds (200 and 800). For reference I loaded these into a 2014 Tundra Crewmax which is a 5 1/2 ft bed. Zero problems transporting them home. Used an engine hoist to get crates to the ground. Unpackaging is a little time consuming especially when you are excited to play with your new toys. Assembly was not difficult, I absolutely suggest two people do the assembly. Common sense when connecting air lines………directions were provided but this is a fairly simple assembly process. Both machines working fine. Excellent transaction from these company ! ... show more
