We moved from Florida to North Carolina and made it here about a week before our stuff will arrive. We tried sleeping on self-inflating camping pads, but they’re way too firm. I ordered this tatami and found that it was a bit too unstructured. So I shoved the camping pads into the tatami cover with the tatami and voila! Just right. 1 star off for not delivering in one day as promised.

My daughter sleeps much better on this than anything else we've tried! I did layer it on her previous mattress so she isn't directly on the floor. That makes it super comfy for her and for me when I tuck her in. Definitely recommend!

Box was intact, vacuum sealed. Thickness and mattress density that suits what it’s purpose is. I bought it as a Montessori mattress for my toddler and I feel like it’s comfortable for her. I wouldn’t personally be comfortable sleeping on it, as it’s not thick enough for me. But she doesn’t weight much and won’t “bottom out” while laying on it. Though I do wish it was slightly thicker. I like the fact that they provided a cover and a bag to put the futon in. However, the cover’s zipper is not well made. It broke the first day that I attempted to put the futon inside the cover sheet. I would’ve given a 5 stars.

Purchased this a few months back but waited to test it out. I use this on top of a tatami mat, and I have to say that it's pretty comfortable. I have occasional back problems so I often like sleeping on the floor. It's obviously not as thick as a regular mattress, but it's soft enough to where you're not just plain lying on the ground. I have wood floors so I use a tatami mat as mentioned before. It doesn't make too much a difference, but I'd rather have one to keep my tatami mattress clean. Overall, I recommend this if you're looking for a quality floor mattress.
