10 Months ago (Purchased on June 6th) I purchased my Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G and never looked back. I won't bore you with the specs or experiences. But it's been an amazing phone! Camera is excellent! Plenty of storage space, the screen is bright and vibrant. It's an excellent mid range phone that can battle it out with the big boys. Charging speed and value for money can't be beaten here. I've seen this phone go from 20% to 80% in 25 minutes with a quality charger. Recently I finally noticed my battery life has deteriorated slightly. I haven't had time to investigate but I suspect it's probably a rouge app acting out of line. When I turn the "Battery Saver" feature on I'll get more battery life than expected. I'll go a Full work day (7:30am - 6pm) and I'll still have 30%+ left. My only complaint is that Wi-Fi calling seems to be hit or miss as many carries don't support that feature with this phone even though they say they do. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Verizon Hotspot will usually work versus T-Mobile or AT&T for Wi-Fi Calling. Odd... but just an observation. Otherwise It's been a great phone and I highly recommend it. A- ... show more

I bought this phone twice. 1st time was "Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G (512GB + 12GB) 6.67" 200MP (for Tmobile Mint Tello & Global) Global Version Unlocked (Midnight Black)"from Cell Universal back in september. My review was "Redi notes are always!!!! My go to phones. Always!! This one hasnt disappointed" I loved it so much i bought another from Virtual Depot. Only difference with the listing was that it was blue and said global bands and not global version. Yet i recieved a charger that cannot be plugged into 110 outlets. Neither was i sent an adapter to make charging possible. The phone itself seems fine though i have not yet scrutinized for differences. But how does a charger like this get sent out with a produce on the US market?!! I don't want to change my 5 star because the phone is good which is why i have stated which specific SELLER i got the phone from in each case. Amazon directed me to edit the review as opposed to writing a new one. I didnt realize until now that reviews are shared across different products from different sellers. The phone is great except for the fact it doesn't support esim when under the description it says: Dual SIM (nano SIM + nano SIM or nano SIM + eSIM). I'd rather not have to deal with physical sim cards but I guess now I have to decide if I keep this or get the 14.

There are a few features that she appreciates ...every now and then she leans over and shows-off some feature. The camera is amazing... one of the main features that made it my choice. I love 90% of this device. The 10% that's bad, makes the phone 100% HOT GARBAGE. I've been looking into the brand about 7 or 8 months, and over the last 4 to 5 reached out to Xiaomi directly for clarification on some things. Twitter, Facebook, email, chat support. No response. Not one. Against my better judgement, I purchased this device. It arrived yesterday, acting a fool and jumping for joy, I tore into the box, then the packaging... while it was booting, ran for the laptop, eagerly waiting to hit skip setup, enable dev options, and get the clock started for the bootloader unlock. 7 minutes after the phone booted, is when it started. Downloaded Miunlock, set up the MI account. Reboot to bootloader, go and put the phone number in the unlock tool, and immediately get a 'too many attempts' error. Contact tech support. They never answer the questions I contact them over, choosing to give answers to questions I didn't ask, such as the obligatory warning that unlocking a bootloader causes mass extintions, genetic abnormalities, and the unlock saturation is so high that it's only a matter of days before the planet's core is replaced by a black hole, sucking the planet, and all of us into the void by turning us inside out at the anus. 2nd chat, same story. 3rd chat, got the first guy again. Contacted the grievance arm of the company, explained my issues, and that I'm not happy about a 30 day wait, and asking some random third party on a forum for permission to access my device. The dude asked me to elaborate over and over.. between him and the next no value low function mouth breather, I asked 6 times for a supervisor or someone who took the time to read what I typed. They both disconnected on me after I said naughty words about what I was going to do with their mothers. I'm over it. I want my money back. Do not buy Xiaomi. ... show more
