I've owned a lot for phones.I would say I tend to collect them. I have a older Xiaomi phone that's 4years old and it still operates great for Android 11 . Now back to this phone fantastic clarity on the screen I'm still a big fan of curved screens so if you are not I would suggest the Pro only without the plus it is a flat screen .The new Xiaomi Hyper OS is in my opinion much better than the older prior OS . Speed battery life are all great. I love the tri color Design of this phone . My one complaint is lack of good cases I found a few but they make the phone feel boxey and takes away from the great feel ana shape. The clear case shows the great color and design but feels flimsy I will continue to search . ... show more

It worked for a while like 3 weeks then I plugged it in and left it then boom stopped working i tried everything and it still wouldn't turn on back the camera quality was bad, the phone chip was garbage it was slow and lagged in simple games.. the battery life was horrible 😫 only thing good about this phone was the software but I would be lying if it was snappy nope not at all and the charging is pretty good when it was WORKING ... show more

I bought the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G, being my second phone from the brand (the previous one was the Redmi Note 12 Pro Plus 5G). Although it meets expectations, there are aspects that I think the seller and future buyers should take into account: 1. Size and design: This model is a little smaller and thinner than its predecessor. This may appeal to some, but I personally prefer a more robust design. In addition, the included case is black, which overshadows the design of the phone. It would have been better to include a transparent silicone case, which provides greater security and practicality. The current material does not help much to hold the device and raises concerns about possible falls. 2. Screen protector: It is the first cell phone I buy (and I have purchased several Androids) that does not include a screen protector in the box. This is an important omission, since said accessory is essential to protect the screen from scratches or damage. Although I can buy one separately, I consider that it should be included. 3. Charger: The charger is efficient, just like the one on the 12 version, with fast charging that tops off the battery in about 10 minutes without using the phone. This is a plus point. 4. Operating system and functions: I haven't noticed any major improvements in the operating system between the 12 and 13 models, except for some tools focused on chat communication. The camera is still 200 MP, which is ideal for creative work, and connectivity with Windows systems works without problems. 5. Additional accessories: They included a travel adapter, something useful but not a priority for those of us who don't travel frequently. I would have preferred a screen protector or a better case instead. In summary, the Redmi Note 13 Pro Plus 5G is a good phone with an excellent camera, battery, and charger, but details such as the lack of a screen protector and a more functional case affect its initial user experience. I would recommend the seller to improve these aspects to better satisfy buyers. Maybe later I will change the review if I see any improvement or change. P ... show more
