I bought the wall mount for my medicine ball because I have a very very small home workout area in my living room. I needed some storage space and there was no room on the floor so I had to start thinking about putting things up on the wall. This wall mount works perfectly for my medicine ball. It is very sturdy and the best part is it keeps it up off the floor until I need it. I definitely recommend buying this wall mount. I will say it does only have screw holes for each end so you will either only be able to screw one and into a stud or you may not have any stud like I didn’t. What I ended up having to do was take a small 1/4” thick board, that was longer than the back of the mount, and screw that into the wall where the studs were. I then painted the board the same color as my walls and then screwed the mount into the board. It is now extremely sturdy and looks great.

This is solid, does not move once screwed into the wall, into studs (I had access in the back to add a cross stud). I had bought another one that had a small plate mounting into the wall and did not like the flimsy feel, could move it a good half inch up and down. This one is rock solid, no movement at all. Very pleased. Screws are also longer than the other unit and that's always a good thing, too many products have screws with inadequate length. Fit my Gaiam ball perfectly against the wall. Ball does not move at all.

This exercise ball is just like the one I used at PT. I have major spine problems which resulted from lumbar and cervical fusions that changed the curve of my spine. I can do stretching exercises at home which help my muscles and balance. This ball is strong and made of durable material. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable ball for your workout 💪 . I have been using it every day for 2 months now. I purchased blue. I also purcased a wall mount which keeps it up away, and safe!
