Description

Add contemporary style and convenient roll changes to your bathroom with the Moen BH3808CH Genta LX Pivoting Toilet Paper Holder in Chrome. Featuring the sleek curved edges of the Genta LX collection, this wall-mounted accessory provides a clean, modern appearance. The pivoting design allows the horizontal bar to swing upward so an empty toilet paper roll can slide off, eliminating the need for a traditional spring-loaded roller. The holder is constructed of zinc and mounts securely to the wall using mounting brackets. Important Size Information: The holder measures approximately 7-53/64 inches wide and projects 3-1/4 inches from the wall, helping customers verify available wall space and clearance before purchase. The highly reflective Chrome finish provides a mirror-like appearance that coordinates with a wide variety of bathroom fixtures and décor styles.

Color: Matte Black Size: Small
I’m really happy with this toilet paper holder. The matte black finish looks clean and modern without being too harsh, and it ties in perfectly with the other fixtures in my bathroom. It feels sturdy and well made, not flimsy at all. The pivoting arm is honestly my favorite part—it makes changing the roll so much easier compared to the typical spring-loaded ones. It’s one of those small upgrades that actually makes a difference day to day. Installation was straightforward, and once it’s mounted, it feels very secure. Overall, it’s a simple piece but adds a really nice, updated look to the space. Definitely recommend if you’re going for a modern, polished bathroom. ... show more

    • great product, horrible instructions
Color: Matte Black Size: Small
I have never liked the TP holder in the master suite bathroom. As a result, it was on the list of things to go when a bath upgrade was being considered. My brother has this TP holder and I just LOVE not dealing with the spring center to replace a roll. As a result, it wasn’t hard to decide on the no-more-spring-center replacement. I have other Moen products so knew it would be a good choice. Well, too bad their documentation isn’t as good as their products. I have written technical papers professionally. Before publishing, someone “not in the know” had to be able to implement what I had written. Moen OBVIOUSLY didn’t do this. The instructions are confusing, poorly written, too inclusive and frustrating. I bought a TP holder and that is the only thing that should be described in the instructions. What you get are instructions for multiple products … and you have to pick the embedded instructions that pertain to your purchase. I called support. Friendly service BUT she had never installed it and was just reading the confusion that I already read too many times. The most pathetic thing is 2 baby screws hold everything in place. It took a lot of dinkin’ to get this working. Too much time was spent figuring this out (no diagram with part labels?) which is quite disappointing for Moen as I would expect better. Even after the install, it was “brittle” so I had to fiddle with it some more. I ended up jamming wadded up double faced tape between the left post and the wall so it wouldn’t do the major wiggle it was doing even though the baby screw was tight. That change has resulted with just a tiny wiggle now so the holder is no longer brittle. Having said all of this, the end result is pretty cool. The “drawbridge” center flips up from right to left in a 90 degree arc. With the drawbridge in the air, slip on the new roll. Lower the drawbridge from left to right with a 90 degree arc. My pet peeve is now gone. “Fat” rolls spin freely instead of scraping inside the TP holder thus ripping the paper. Good product but pack your patience when deciphering the instructions. ... show more

    • Attractive, well-made, and sturdy after installation.
Color: Brushed Nickel Size: Small
Matches our faucets. We selected the Genta set for our faucets, but our homebuilder apparently uses a different Moen style for the towel racks and TP holder. I didn't like the one they used as it was open on one side, and the roll would fall off sometimes while pulling paper out. These work well. If you're installing on the side of a cabinet like our one bathroom had, be careful about the clearance from the countertop overhang when changing rolls. Ours was close, but it worked out. Also, since the side without the hinge needs to be perfectly aligned for the arm to fall onto the little nub that holds it when down, use the left/right holes (rather than the top/bottom ones) in the mounting bracket, as they are more like "slots" and will allow you to fine tune the left/right positioning if necessary. The second one I ordered was installed in drywall. The mounting anchors they provide are the good "toogle" type so they really grip the other side of the drywall which gives a strong mounting point that won't loosen over time. ... show more

    • Great aesthetic but wish it had a magnetic closure
Color: Chrome Size: Small
Looks beautiful and matches other hardware. However, the toilet paper falls off when pulled at the "wrong" angle. I really wish they had thought to add a magnet to hold it closed. That would have given it a premium feel vs now, which is just ok. Really easy to change the roll though lol

    • Super easy to change roll!
Color: Matte Black Size: Small
This is a cool looking, modern toilet paper holder! You don’t have to fight with a spring loaded paper holder that springs out of your hands when you try to put the roll in. Simply lift up and change the roll! It can be lifted in one finger!
