This looked great in our new bathroom. We used everything from the Genta line except the sink faucets. The towel bars were a bit of a let down. They felt cheap when installed per instructions, but I was able to make them feel more solid with a little Gorilla Glue. The toilet paper holder is very solid. The only issue I had was even with the mounting template I still had to make some adjustments on the mount to get it to line up perfectly. I’m very happy with the end result and it is great way to make changing a roll easy. It also stands off the wall enough for the mega rolls we buy. Overall, this is more than I ever thought I’d spend on a toilet paper holder, but feel I got my money’s worth. ... show more

Does it fit Mega Roll??? That is what most people want to know. I was tired of larger rolls not fitting on my standard TP dispenser. Just mounted this on the wall today. YES, the answer is Yes it does fit the mega roll. Comfortably with a little room to spare. This was my main concern. Looks nice, easy to install, easy to change roll. Looks beautiful and matches other hardware. However, the toilet paper falls off when pulled at the "wrong" angle. I really wish they had thought to add a magnet to hold it closed. That would have given it a premium feel vs now, which is just ok. Really easy to change the roll though lol

    • Easy to Use, Looks Nice, but not Sturdy

Pros: It is hard to beat the pivot arm design for ease of use in a bath tissue holder. You can change a roll with one hand. This product also has a clean, elegant design. Cons: After two weeks of use, however, it is clear that the product is not sturdy. There are two design flaws. 1) The two posts, the one with the hinge and the non-hinged one are fastened to the wall mounting bracket with just a small set screw and not much else, so it is very prone to come loose. 2) There is no hook or other mechanism on the non-hinged post to hold the pivot arm to the post when the arm is down. There is enough play in the hinge so there may be an unattractive gap of, say, 2 mm, between the hinge arm and the stationary post. ... show more
