The phone is a good size and weight but it is slow. For the price, it works well. Just be ready to be patient. Good first phone for teenagers that are accident-prone. I don’t want to pay a lot for a phone that will be broken within a month or lost so I opted for a cheaper slower phone.

It would be nice if they can put a notice in the packaging letting people know up front what providers they can use with this phone. Because I have tried all of the ones that were listed in the discription and non of them accepts this device not even AT&T. Thanks for reading.

    • This phone is not worth the money .
I liked the looks of the phone but it is not worth the money . The service with them people is very bad . I have written 4 times for support and got no answer from them . I can not use the phone because the mike is blocked . Someone calls me and I can not hear anything. When I talk in to the phone the person that's calling me can hear me but I cant hear them. Plus the phone is very slow when one wants to change to a another program . I hope everyone that wants to buy that phone better gets some answers first. All I can say I finally bought me another phone at leased that one works , but not from that company . ... show more

So slow and lags, doesn’t properly connect to wifi, Bad picture quality, location is incorrect most of the time, nothing properly opens, the keyboard gets stuck or vanishes during the time I’m typing out a text, the only good thing about the phone is that it will send a text and you have to have extreme patience for it to load up anything!! It was very slow and lagged. It takes long to boot up. I bought it for my son and he doent even want it cause it sucks and he’s only 8 and don’t want it. I connected with my cell phone carrier and it had issues with calls and never connects calls. If ur looking for a good reliable phone then this isn’t it.
