  • Pretty awesome highway pegs.
Size: Long Angled Color: Chrome Style 3
I really like these pegs. I've always had the short arm ones in the past. You know, the kind that just clamp directly to your crash bars and just come out Straight sideways from the bar. Everything about these are 10x better. But I do have some complaints. 1. I'm a pretty smart guy and have a pretty good grasp of mechanical engineering. I build a lot of my own things, work on all my own cars. Have restored a few cars even. Rebuilt engines. I have $1000's in tools. But these things confounded me till I just simply googled "Long arm highway pegs" and looked at pages and pages of pictures of how these were supposed to be mounted on others bikes. They are almost TOO adaptable. Some instructions with a little guidance might be nice. These come with nothing. 2. The "rubber" pads that come with it to go under where it clamps onto the crash bars are too thin. It comes with 4. Using two (one pad per side) I couldn't get it tight enough by normal means to get a good clamp on the bar. Using two per side (all 4), and the gap was far too large, just ugly. This is on stock Harley crash bars. I ended up having to use a 18" breaker bar to get this tight enough to hold with just one pad per side. And I started stripping out the heads of the bolts to do it. If I had to do it over again, I'd have rigged something up to get a good clamp without just about destroying the bolt. But now that they ARE mounted, I'm happy as can be with them. I have them positioned so I can use them to extend my foot out from my floorboards to many different degrees, or just put all my foot on them. And with the zillion different ways you can make these angle, I have them angled in a bit so my foot doesn't try to slip off of them like most others I've had in the past. The pad thickness issue above aside, these are the best peg going as far as I'm concerned. ... show more

  • Does not fit 24’ models
Size: Short Angled Color: Black Style 1
Unfortunately, I bought these thinking that they would fit my 24 model. The crash bar on the 24’s are a chopped bar, maybe I got a bad batch but I tried to throw them on myself and they kept sliding, and were not secure even after I torque them down. I bought my 2019 model road glide a pair of these from somewhere else and they fit like a glove. Ended up busting my window in return and customer service wouldn’t issue me a refund. Took it to Harley to try and see if it was my error on putting them on, but my mechanic at Harley said the same thing and even showed me they were slipping and not worth the money I paid for them. Do yourself a favor and buy either from Harley or find the ones I bought for my 2019 which were of a better quality. ... show more

  • Install with spacers
Size: Long Angled Color: Chrome Style 1
There are clear plastic shims or spacers that come with the kit I definitely suggest they are used because they don't fit straight to the bar and stay on. Other than that they seem to be working. 2014 Ultra Classic.

  • Not a fan but they'll do.
Size: Short Angled Color: Black Style 3
I went to the Harley Davidson dealership to buy a set of highway pegs for my 2022 Street Glide. Nearly went into sticker shock when I saw they want $107 for mounts and $104 for the pegs. Ridiculous. So I searched online with Amazon and found these. Now...they look great. But, hassle is being nice on the assembly. Trying to get both little SS friction clips into the slot is nearly impossible without finding a little hammer to pound it in then using a screwdriver into the hole to pry both in and align them. But...I did it. Now, the other issue is the tiny little allen wrench they give you is short of impossible to crank down the screw to tighten enough on the crash bar so that it won't rotate once your foot lays on the peg. So I rigged up a breaker bar using a deep well socket and extention. Still had a hard time cranking down enough tension to keep it from rotating. But listen. They do the job and are a fraction of the price that HD wants. Would I recommend them? Maybe. Maybe not. ... show more
