I was excited to order a xerox printer because I trust the brand! The ink that came with my printer finally ran out and I went to install my replacement ink that I purchased for backup. Unfortunately, it is EMPTY! After I installed the new ink cartridge my computer won’t print because it says the cartridge is empty! Crossbar on ink cartridge was broken when it arrived and I did not check it immediately but waited until I need to replace ink. By then the return window was closed. I lost $63.06.

Both drums registered as "invalid Drum". We have 2 separate Xerox printers and they both said the same thing. Tried to call Xerox but was never able to speak to a real person. Not sure if I just got unlucky or if this is a big problem. Guess I will have to buy the knock off brands since I have had better luck with them but even they are not that good which is why I tried to buy the Xerox brand in hopes they were better. ... show more

1st drum went out at around 6 month, replacement quit working at 13 months just out of warranty (its a sham) they told me we must have printed to many pages.
