This car washing kit isn't what I'd consider a complete package but definitely has a lot of nice features. The kit comes with most of the essentials you would need and you don't really need to get anything else if you just want to wash your car. The bucket coms with a filtering bottom disc that keeps any dirt or sand that comes off the cleaning brush separate from the usable water which is really nice so your not picking up unnecessary abrasive material or more dirt when you dunk your brush or cloth. The bucket is collapsible which I guess could be nice for some situations but I don't fully understand this function because of course I store everything in the bucket when not in use and I've had some issues with the side collapsing when leaning my long handle brush on the side to do something else, I don't really see where this would be useful unless you just need to store the bucket by itself somewhere or just transporting the bucket by itself and need some space, but it's there if you need it. The foaming spray bottle makes washing my vehicle much better because I can spray a uniform amount of car washing solution to the outside of my vehicle and it's easy to tell where I've scrubbed so I don't miss a spot which saved a lot of extra going back over where I've missed, I really like this feature. The long handle microfiber brush is also outstanding, I'm used to a conventional soft bristle brush but I found this to be much more effective and efficient. It took way less effort and the double circle design that spin and conform independently make getting corners and around things like doorhandles a breeze. The telescoping handle could use a few more inches so I could reach fully across the top of my SUV but it's not too short to be of much problem. The only minor issue I had is the brush head doesn't screw onto the handle like you'd expect, instead the end of the handle has two nubs going off in each direction and you have to insert the handle into the brush aligned just right with the nubs and once it's fully inserted you do a partial twist to lock it in place. This took a lot of force actually get it all the way in and quite a bit to lock it in place. I thought I was successful several times but the brush head would fall off the handle until I realized I wasn't fully locking it in place. Once I got it to lock there were no issues. The widow cleaning solution is nothing fancy, but it is effective and does dry streak free. The carwash/wax solution works pretty good at cleaning and waxing with one use. But the tire and wheel cleaner isn't very effective, it has no foaming qualities and it seemed I had to use quite a bit of it to work and I had to redo it a few times for something I'd consider acceptable. The car window glass polish I didn't understand what it was for or how to use it because there's not much for institutions. It also comes with a washing mit and microfiber drying clothe which was more than big enough to wipe down my SUV. The little white foam sponge was also very effective at getting off some bird droppings and bugs from my vehicle. It comes with some interior cleaning wipes but the package is very small and they dried up quickly so I used quite a few just to wipe down my dash, console, and doors. The wheel brush and detail brush works with my rims but I could see them not working very well for some types out there. Overall this kit was a good start on my overall vehicle cleaning tools and supplies, I would recommend it to a friend for sure. ... show more

This is a review of the Xenolog 15pc Car Wash Kit. The kit is a basic car wash kit with almost everything you will need to keep your car clean. Some of the included items are pretty basic and are about average quality. They aren't going to break easily, but they also aren't going to last you a lifetime. The good: It comes with 3 bottles of cleaners that will last you for a while. You get everything you are going to need for cleaning your car. No, it's not for detailing, but if for a general weekly cleaning, you are getting everything all in one set. Everything can fit inside the bucket so you aren't going to have to go hunting for your supplies. Comes with a foam cannon that DOESN'T require a pressure washer. The Great: The bucket and dirt trap are amazing! Simply swirling the brush around in the soapy water freed the dirt and it didn't sit in the water but got trapped at the bottom! The bucket collapses when not in use but opens up large enough to get plenty of soapy water. It was enough to clean my larger than average size SUV easily. The brush heads tilt at angles making it easy for me to get all of the angles on my roof clean and is much easier to use then my old, straight head brush. The bad: As I said, many of the items are just middle of the road. The cleaners included are okay, but not great. The brushes do the job, but again, aren't heavy duty enough to last for years if used on a weekly basis. Overall, I like this kit. I think it would make a great gift for the first time car owner or someone who, like me, doesn't have a garage and access to an outdoor hose. The bucket, dirty trap and brush head alone make it worth the price in my opinion. For $59.99 (the price at the time of this review), you are going to be able to keep your car clean at a fraction of the price of paying a car wash over and over! ... show more

This kit has all the basics that you need to have on had to wash your car and a few, not so basic, things as well. This would make a great gift for a new driver or new car owner. My favorite things you ask? I’d say the bucket, the mop and cyclone dirt trap. The bucket is awesome! So unique in that, when not in use, it just folds down to nothing, making storage super easy. You can even leave it popped out to store all of your car cleaning supplies in it. Either way, great storage solution. I love the mop because I’m evidentially too short to wash most cars. I’ve always ended up opening the doors and standing on the door jam to reach the center of the roof and/or windows (even having a hard time then). Not anymore! Now I just stand on the ground and swish the mop and voila, clean. And finally, the cyclone dirt trap. I’ve never had one of these and I’m not sure how I’ve made it without one. It really does trap dirt in the bottom of the bucket and keeps you from picking it back up in the water and rubbing it back around on your car. The cleaners seem to work well, and the mitt does a good job. That said, I’m not a car cleaning snob so I’m not super picky. As long as it gets the job done, I’m happy. The brushes are ok and pretty standard. Not super high quality but good enough to get the job done. I do really like the absorbent towel. It’s thick and a good size, not tiny and not too big. My least favorite thing would be the foam spray bottle. Turns out that I’m too lazy to use it. It takes more effort than I think it’s worth so I won’t be using it. All and all I’m happy to have this kit and wouldn’t hesitate to order again either for me or as a gift. ... show more
