I purchased the pillow cases and duvet covers to have a whole set. I really love where they placed the zippers on these! Everything feels quality, it washed well, and stayed super soft, no matted or melted "fur". And surprisingly they don't get TOO hot, which is really nice. I finally found a good quality duvet cover!! This duvet cover is so incredibly soft & cozy! The color is just as I expected it to be, such a pretty dark purple color! Also, the inside ties are long and strong enough to tie a good knot and keep the comforter insert in place. Plus the zipper closure placement is in a very stealthy place, rather than at the seam it is a few inches below the edge/seam and easy to hide which I think is a very smart design! ... show more

I received my duvet cover yesterday morning, washed/dryed it as directed, put my thick duvet inside, and slept with it on my bed last night. I gotta say, it was out of this world heavenly. I slept like a baby. I've read a lot of reviews complaining about the thinness of the item, and how it looks nothing like what's pictured. The reality is, yes, it is slightly thin and, yes, it does not look like what's pictured, UNTIL you put a duvet inside the cover. The thickness depends on the thickness of what you put inside the cover. It's not a comforter, it's a duvet cover. It becomes what you put inside it. The material is incredibly soft, like, dreamy soft. I didn't want to get out of bed this morning...it's 4:30am and I already can't wait to go to bed tonight. I like weight to my blankets and I get cold easily, so I usually use 2 or 3 blankets on my bed, but not with this cover on my duvet...the weight and softness made me feel super cozy and I didn't need any extra blankets for warmth. Washing the cover was a cinch. I turned it inside out, as instructed, and washed it on gentle in cold water. At no point did the water turn red (it's burgundy). To dry it, I started on no heat and switched to very low heat for the last 20 minutes, with no dryer sheet. It came out perfect, and a bit fluffier than when it went it. Plus, almost no lint in the filter. I cannot find anything negative to say about this duvet cover. I've experienced no shedding, no zipper problems, and no washing/dryng issues. Stuffing my thick duvet inside the cover was a tiny bit of work, but it was done in under 10 minutes and has stayed in place. Overall, it deserves 5 stars in every way. The media could not be loaded. So I love all things plush & have decided that I'll probably be ordering all my plush items from this seller but there are a few cons to my purchase. In the picture, its depicted more fluffed up like a comforter when in reality its flat like a regular plush throw. The underside is suede which is nice but depending on the material of your sheets, you may have some issue with sliding. There is a zipper on the duvet for you to insert a comforter or fluff but I didn't see that in the specs prior to. I have added my own comforter & its made it heavier but not fluffy (however, my inserted comforter is old) so I'll be purchasing a fluffier insert eventually. This does not come with the pillow cases, only the duvet. I had to order the pillow cases separately for $18.99. However, Walmart has the whole set for around $65, not sure if its the same seller. All in all it super soft, durable, fits my queen perfectly & the color is true to what's pictured. I give it 4/5, would recommend. ... show more

AMENDED: Unlike Amazon, a human contacted me immediately and resolved my issue. I will be changing my rating to one XeGe deserves. The issue wasn't even theirs, but they resolved it anyway. Quality company! And since my daughter already has a duvet with them and it's amazing... Quality products, too. Previous rant: ...I ordered this duvet twice and only got a set of pillowcases... twice. Since Amazon gives you no way to talk to someone and the robots options only send my on a vicious cycle, I am going to have to do a refund and go to another company for the duvet. It's a shame because I have ordered one of these the same way and received it. It was SO soft and amazing that I decided to get another one for my other kid,,,and eventually one for myself ( they are THAT soft). SO the ONE STAR IS FOR AMAZON NOT this company, XeGe. I fear this may be the only way I can get Amazon's attention. This is not the first when it comes to not getting my packages due to their delivery practices. They are hurting companies' businesses...you got one job, Amazon! ... show more

We got this cover after my daugher wanted something fuzzy and cozy. There were some bad reviews, but she loved the color so we went with it. It is SUPER soft and cozy and looks great. Based on other reviews I will be careful when waching or spot cleaning it, but we dont allow food in her room so hopefully this wont need to be often :) I did have a bit of trouble keeping her duvet spread out in the entire cover, but i tied the corner strings tighter and it seems to be worknig better. ... show more

I love it so much but I ended up giving it to my mom because I would wake up in the middle of the night to it literally on the floor. It would not stay on my bed. It was so soft and cozy but I couldn’t sleep with it without waking up 10 times to put it back on the bed. I sleep with a flat sheet so it might work better if you sleep without one maybe so that it doesn’t slide so much. ... show more
