I got this for $98 I used to be into gymnastics. You definitely get what you pay for. There's a bit of a wobble which would ward off most. Definitely get a feel that it's capable of handling additional weight though the stability issue can be fixed. I haven't pulled my own bodyweight in a cool minute so I'm pretty beat. I was looking for an inexpensive solution to doing pull ups at home and did not want to risk damaging doorway trim. this is perfect. doesn't take up too much space and is sturdy enough for me @ 220 lbs as long as I keep good form - and the middle is wide open unlike other models with a back pad that gets in the way. I can comfortably do pull ups, chin ups, neutral grip pull ups, and dips. my only complaint is that I no longer have an excuse not to do it every day... ... show more

Very sturdy, the weight limit is 600 so I can add weight to my dips and pull-ups when I get to that point. excellent for the price.

    • Dips yes, pull ups , No!
Instead of one piece solid bar. There are two. Screw in the middle where dip bar is located. This makes for a weakened core and wide grip pull ups will cause the bending where the bars meet. Very flimsy! It was only $100.00 and some change, so I guess u get what you pay for. Personally I would recommend a cage for best all around support ... show more

I have a small home gym and was hoping this would be a great item as it could be placed in one of the corners. It seems strong enough as long as all you're gonna do is hang from it. I was hoping it would be versatile enough I could use my resistance bands with it as the anchor point, but it's so lightweight, the tower wants to fall forward or slide around. Not good! There is no back pad for doing ab raises. The pull up bars do raise and lower, but over all, this piece isn't very stable. My husband is going to have to mount it to the floor now, just so I can use it. I weigh 150-155 and it definately shouldn't move around, especially when it claims a 330lb weight limit. I wanted to love this, but I just don't. I will deal with it, but chances are I won't have it long and I will move onto another piece of equipment that feels and performs more substantially. I've been working out at home & gyms for years, this is definitely not one of the better items I've worked out on. ... show more

The top part with the pull-up bar was very difficult to get on. I had to use a heavy duty C clamp. If you don’t have those lying around you might be out of luck. This is also the dangerous part since you’re working with a ~20lb piece of metal unsecured above your head. Better instructions would be nice. Once assembled though, you probably can’t get a better one for less money. ... show more
