The tumblers are great the lids are great and straws individually wrapped BUT, the boxes are horrible first they come in bend or damaged second the shipper sends them wrapped in tape which makes it impossible to regift or ship. You end up with scraps after all. When I received them I remembered why its my second time purchasing. Manufacturer or seller needs to fix this issue please. ... show more

I wish I had taken a photo of how they were ALL clear box taped together which resulted in not being able to use the white boxes they come in. Even after cutting the tape t use the boxes, they looked trashy so that's where boxes ended up. Cups are good though! Images pressed on perfectly! Box issue sucks though! ... show more

based on the shipping/receiving reviews, I purposely ordered 8 to make this an "even" shape for shipping. The seller tabled all the individual tumbler boxes together, then placed them into a poly bag. 3 of the outside/corner boxes were dented/damaged, but the tape on all the boxes peeled the white lay off - leaving the white boxes unable to be used for selling/gifting purposes. The tumblers sublimated ok - many that I did with browns/reds the color appeared very dull compared to other tumblers I've bought from other sellers. ... show more

I was Very disappointed when I opened my box all my tumblers were taped together and my boxes cannot be used when I tried un taping all my tumbler boxes were ripped I would have loved to use my boxes.I don't know how we can resolve this issue

The media could not be loaded. Extremely disappointed!! I purchased to make as gifts but they were in a black bag but all were package taped together with a couple boxes damaged even before removing tape. The packaging tape was completely covering the top and bottom of boxes which removing it absolutely ruined the boxes no matter how careful I was. Haven’t tried sublimation on them because will be returning as not able to gift and will order from a different company. Truly disappointed because I would have been a big time repeat customer. I’m happy with the tumblers, somehow they need to inspect it before sending them out! There’s a lash hair on it that I can’t take out! I don’t know if I can used this tumbler for sublimation!
