First off, this product is amazing. Microsoft’s controllers are the best around. For people who are having 3.5mm jack issues and worn left sticks, please don’t be complaining in your review. All of these issues are because the user was careless and 1, yanked the headset jack out over and over, and 2, was very hard on the left stick. If you are having these issues then I’m sorry to say but all that is your fault. Our controllers at home have worn left sticks and broken headphone jacks because we were hard on them for 3 years. Here are some tips to help your Xbox one controllers last a long time. 1. Don’t be hard on the analog sticks. Pushing it harder won’t make your character move faster or better. 2. Don’t be careless with your headphone jack. 3. While gaming, have a stuffed animal or something soft beside you that you can throw at the wall if you lose a game. Don’t take your anger out on the poor controller! Anyway, I hope this helped you and again, the Xbox one controllers are some of the best around. ... show more

Didn't even come with a digital fortnite code it only gave me a barely functional controller and 2 spare batteries to use and I would like to return this item for a refund. This is definitely not worth 85 dollars to spend only to have the digital code not included

Love it! The thumb knobs have these little grooves that allow for better grip/traction. It has a cool subdued look. And, for me, the BEST part was I finally have a mic back. I have three older controllers that never allowed me to have outgoing mic, only incoming. Why? No Clue, but this one works. Plus the 500 V Bucks and special purple guy skin is cool. ... show more

My son seems to like this controller, the color is a very deep purple almost black so it is hard to tell. The code for the skin and vbucks worked great there is no expiration date on it, the xbox live code however is expired it expired in june 2019 but we already had it so it wasnt a biggie. Perfect for gaming. It came with a fortnite bundle which is really sick and I would recommend buying. None of the codes are expired just if you have an xbox already, and have purchased xbox live gold and the game pass, the codes won’t work. Its for brand new xbox users only that don’t have the gamepass or xbox live. Does not have the headphone problem just like the regular controllers do. ... show more

I don't know what Fortnite is, but I love the color scheme of this controller. Works great! The only thing I wish is that it had a rubberized grip. It can get a little slick if you play for an extended period of time and your hands sweat.
