Ordered Amazon Renewed "Excellent" condition. This is not Excellent. Console won't boot - shows System Error E102 on startup. Something is rattling inside like a part is broken. Has visible scratches on the front. Controller isn't even a real Xbox controller. "Excellent" means no cosmetic damage and fully tested. This unit clearly wasn't tested and has obvious damage. It was honestly pretty horrible. To start out it was a day late. Once I got it and unboxed it everything seemed okay until I started playing games. I don't know what was going on with it but every game that I played was for a lack of better terms... Skippy.
