Box that console was in was not taped at all and was barely closed upon delivery. Who knows if it got opened along the way. Bought as a gift for my daughter and 15 min after plugging in console had a whining noise and after getting signed in and downloading apps and games instantly overheated. I would guess that the noise we hear is the fan trying to spin to cool the console but fan never came on and every ten seconds a message on tv would say the console is over heated. Needless to say daughter was very sad and I now have to try to get a refund wasting a bunch of my time and such a hassle. ... show more
