The worst experience I've ever had with the product sold on Amazon. The problem? The description of the phone on Amazon and the actual phone I received have absolutely nothing in common. This phone doesn't have Android 13 installed - it has Android 9!! Thus, I was "pleasantly" surprised when I went to the Google play and half of the applications I needed to install were not visible (such as Chase Bank for example) and the other half wouldn't work. This cellphone doesn't have 8gb of ROM it has 3gb! It doesn't have 256GB of memory - it has 40 GB of memory! This phone doesn't have 6,200 mAh battery capacity - it has 4,500 mAh. The screen of course is not 6.7... And the list goes on... There are applications on the Google play you can install on this phone which will tell you the truth about its software and hardware. ... show more

Esperar encenderlo cuando se enfriara pero se mantuvo caliente la batería y la parte de su cámara. Luego no cargaba el celular. All I had was problem with this phone. Are you straighttalk bring your own phone. I try try three different versions of a SIM card in the end none of them work I had to send the phone back. It says unlocked but the provider keep telling me it wasn't. No matter what I did I could not get this phone to work. I try a sim, I tried b sim. I tried to sim with three different one in the pack in the end it was a no setup. ... show more

First of all I can't even use it in my basement in my home. Second I can't find a suitable case for it a phone case. 3rd and lastly don't waste your money this phone is trash I wouldn't even give it to someone I don't like.
