I have been using this bag consistently as a bible bag and purse for the past few years. It is still holding up great today, and looks practically brand new. Stitching is holding up well. The magnet on the front pocket is still working and has not come off like other bags I've owned. This is one of the best bags I have ever owned. It fits a standard bible, a small notebook, a pencil case, phone, wallet, and other little odds and ends well.

Not totally sure about this backpack… I purchased a black, faux leather one a decade ago (at least). Used it every day. Still have it but it’s beat up. This new one is almost identical except the opening seems small. You can’t unzip from side to side like you can on the old bag for two reasons: there is a side pocket on each side. My old bag didn’t have this. I didn’t need it. Maybe you would like it? Also, there are hooks to add a removable shoulder strap (so you can wear the bag like a traditional purse). But you can’t remove or tuck in the backpack straps anywhere so what’s the point?! It’s made it harder to get in and out of the bag because it’s now a smaller opening. Just really dumb. It’s a softer fabric but they say it’s waterproof. I’m going to keep it and hopefully it’ll work fine but it may be frustrating. Hmmmm… difficult buying things online and not really seeing it and handling it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I love my backpack it’s so cute the material is great. So easy to style I love wearing it almost everyday. The color and size are terrific I am able to put as much or as little weight on it.

The backpack was very small so it was uncomfortable to wear but works well as a small purse. It was made from high quality material and I feel it will last a long time as long as it is used strictly as a small purse and there is no smell better than leather The style was kind of bland, not much color changes or any patterns. I did not like the layout though. I feel like I will have to have my belongings disorganized in order to fit in the pockets.
