Used this suitcase for the first time and it is broken in several spots. While I know the airlines are not always gentile with luggage, I would expect a suitcase to be able to withstand more than one flight, isn’t that what it is made for!?

It doesn’t come with a battery pack for the charger. So you think you can use the charger, but really it takes another $25 after finding a battery pack. And no, Wrangler does not sell them. You have to search for a compatible battery pack online. Plus the interior lining is super thin and cheap looking. I haven’t used it yet but I’m guessing it will have holes in it soon. ... show more

I had trouble rolling the bag when it was heavy. Also, the battery pack has to be removed when my carryon had to be switch to check-in when overcrowding on the plane. The cup holder and phone holder was convenient, and a conversation piece. I also enjoyed the ability to zip up the compartments. Honestly, I am not pleased with this suitcase. I went on one trip & by the time I retrieved my luggage both the cup holder and top handle was completely broken which made it difficult to travel with.
