The first bag I received was defective, with the logo sewn on extremely crooked. Not sure how that made it thru QC. I was sent a replacement very quickly though. I love this bag, I use it for school and work and it holds everything I need. My laptop, notebooks, pencil bag, planner, wallet, makeup bag, water bottle, and more, all fit inside. I bought the strap separately because I didn’t really like the strap that came with the bag, plus it matches my wallet. The bag feels very well made and sturdy. I use this as my church bag. its great and holds all of my many things (and treats) i bring to church. Color is cute and it fits my style perfectly. The big strap is too think in my opinion so i never use it. only about 3/4 an inch. not useful for carrying heavy bags around.
