I've ordered purses with a divider and/or side pockets because I have a lot of stuff -- two pairs of sunglasses, hand lotion, etc. I seemed to have to hunt for whatever I wanted. I ordered this purse because I liked the color, and I was surprised how much it holds without hiding whatever I need at the time. I don't need any side pockets, except the one in front which it provides. The purse didn't look as if I were carrying all my belongings. I ordered another one in a different color.
