The media could not be loaded. I’m so disappointed about this product. 5 of the 8 slats are broken or severely crushed, which means that I can’t reasonably use them. I would reorder and try my luck a second time but the oak color is sold out. The color of the slats is lighter than it appears in the seller’s photos.

The wood tone is so authentic, I don't think you could tell easily apart from real tambour/oak. They came in with no chipping or broken parts, which I was worried about. The installation is an easy process so far just putting on the wall as instructed with screws, we used glue as well just in case. I love how it complements with our furniture so beautifully, just light and airy, the color has no difference from the picture and can easily match just about anything.

The media could not be loaded. One piece came slightly clipped. I’m not big on stuff like that that doesn’t bother me if I buy a dresser and it’s a tiny scratch it doesn’t bother me the piece was able to be hidden and I was still able to execute. It didn’t come with glue I don’t know if glue is necessary but my brother told me to also use glue so I did. I have no complains there’s no instructions I don’t think it’s needed it’s kinda like a puzzle and the last piece you kinda gotta flip the other way but worse case YouTube university should help @shortydespised_ is my IG handle

First product came undamaged and no missing parts. I made a second order and it came extremely damaged. I struggled to move it to my room (it is heavy!!), and to wait for UPS to pick up for replacement. Then I patiently waited for the replacement and when I got it, it came damaged again (most pieces had chipped corners) AND MISSING MANY PARTS!! it was missing the nails and the plates to hold the panels on the wall. At this point I was so upset that I didn't even want to order replacement. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.
