We love the tube - have had it out a few times already - however, noticing that the stitching is already torn in a couple places. Hard to find a good 4 person tube. Tows very well behind the boat, very stable for younger riders, yet can get the teenagers bouncing around without much trouble. Not very good quality. After a couple of uses it started to leak on the top bladder. I fixed it and now it’s ok, but if feels as a thin material that could easily happen again. I’ve had a smaller O’Brien tube for over 10 years and never leaked. On the functionality, it works well. It’s so big that it’s hard to pull with a jetski. I have to ask the kids to put their weight forward until we get enough speed so that the tube starts to plane on the water. When we use it on the opposite direction (backrest going forward and kids on their knees), it tends to sink when you pull it, so you need to ask the kids to put their weight back until the tube gets going. In general it’s fun, although some kids would prefer not to have the side protections, for the thrill of falling off. Overall it’s ok and fits 4 people well. But the quality seems poor. ... show more

I've been through three of these tubes as my kids really like them but even out of the box new they leak. Have had several small tears and no matter what I do, you can't patch them and hold air. On the positive side, the manufacturer did replace the first tube I bought when it leaked out of the box. If you buy this, count on spending more time patching and trying to keep inflated than riding. ... show more

Purchased this in January. We have used this tube heavily for the past 2 weekends. Tube works very well. Kids and adults loved riding it. It is like a trampoline when going over waves, very bouncy, fun. Kids loved it.

We’ve had many wow products before with no issues. This time the tube was used for 5 minutes really slow with a 5 year old and it already started losing air. We filled it up again only for it to deflate the next day before we used it again. I bought it way in advance of our trip so by the time we used it and came home my 30 days to return on Amazon had gone by by two days. I reached out to Wows customer service which they claim is super easy. It was anything but easy. They wanted us to blow up the product and take two pictures one from far and one from close to see what the problem was. We did so and they told us to then remove the inner tube and take more pictures. It’s not like we were lying that the thing would not hold air. I was so annoyed with all of their requests rather than just exchanging it for one that doesn’t leak. I don’t have time for them not to stand behind their product when I have purchased many from them in the past. I gave up and just ate $380 and will not be purchasing anything from them again. Very disappointed in their terrible customer service. I had to give them one star but I would give them zero for their help. ... show more
