This game does have all the pieces which makes it theoretically possible to play. However, the parts are way too small to actually play the game. If you are buying it for decoration, it is super cute. If you are buying it to play, I would not recommend it.

Great idea about small size and wanted to like the product but overall, the game was too small. As an adult, I had trouble managing the pieces, so I would say poor functionality. Not a good value for the price.
