As a mom of three school-aged children, I've seen firsthand how much of a difference the AI reading and translation pen has made in our daily lives. Very useful for learning language
This is a review of "WorldPenScan AI Reader – Reading Pen with Built-in Dictionary & AI Reading Buddy for Kids | Grade-Level Reading Support | English, Spanish, Chinese | Text-to-Speech, Transcribe, Translation" Amazon search B0FJ81BPXS . It works very well, very useful helping a person learn English with its translation and lookup functions. Some languages are built in, but for some languages it needs to be connected to WiFi. We were disappointed when it failed after about two months, the scan LED didn't turn on, maybe a switch issue. But we returned it for a free replacement and six months of hours of daily use later it is still working wonderfully. Yes it seems a bit pricey, but if the functions are useful to you it is well worth it.

Technology is amazing - this pen is a keeper!
I was a little hesitant initially when shopping for any product with AI capabilities. This pen has changed my opinion. I purchased it to assist me with translation specifically Spanish. I have always had difficulty understanding books , menus and also texts. This pen makes it easier to read and translate. This pen provides proper pronunciation and allows me to feel confident in communicating with my Spanish speaking friends. It’s become my teacher and aid . The pen came with everything I needed for an easy set up. It was very easy to connect to my internet and access all of its features. The app was also easy to access all of its great features. At this time I have not experienced anything negative. I will definitely buy another one for my nephew who is dyslexic. This pen can assist him in turning text into audio which then increases understanding and not frustration. I’m hoping he will gain more confidence in school and also socially.

In accurate pronunciation and computer-like voice
Child did not like using it because the voice was too computer-like. Reading was Not accurate , words were mispronounced which is not good for a child learning to read. Not worth the price.

It’s okay

Impressive and Convenient!
I have used several of the functions of this pen and have been quite pleased! The Dictionary has been helpful while reading. Words can be quickly scanned and there’s audio pronunciation as well. Very convenient! The Scan & Notes can be used to highlight and save important notes while studying. The Translation mode is a huge plus and has taken me to a whole new level in continuing to learn Spanish. And lastly, my daughter is excited to use the AI Reading Buddy as part of her homeschooling curriculum when her four year old son progresses in his reading abilities. Overall, I highly recommend this pen!

Surprisingly Handy Little Reading Tool
This thing is actually pretty cool. It scans and reads text out loud really well once you figure out the right pace. I like that it works even without Wi-Fi and has built-in dictionaries. It’s great for grabbing bits of text from books or documents without having to type everything. It’s not perfect—sometimes it takes a few tries to line up the scan—but once you get the hang of it, it’s fast and accurate. Definitely one of those gadgets you don’t realize how useful it is until you start using it.

Pretty cool little AI Reader
It took a few minutes to figure out how to use, but it seems to work well. The translation and dictionary functions are great, and the accuracy seems to be pretty good. Connecting to wifi was simple, and it is easy to operate. The AI Reading Buddy is the best feature of this pen - Not only does it translate, but it helps the reader understand tricky or complicated passages. Once you figure out how to operate this reading pen, it is simple to use. This is a super cool and useful tool!
