Brilliant idea to add MCT oil for absorption and delivery of the NAC, plus it tastes good! I love that they aren’t dried out or hard like other sugar free gummies tend to be. NAC n acetyl cysteine supplements have been in my daily stack for liver detox and repair but also for its cognitive benefits. Thankfully someone came out with a gummy! These NAC gummies are basically 2-3x more potent than typical capsules! There is an NIH study about the absorbency or bioavailability of gummies opposed to capsules, and shows gummies to be much more absorbent in the body.
