I've seen this type of item on Youtube and wanted to try one. It's a good size and doesn't take up too much space on my desk. Seems pretty solid. I'm using it to store EDC items like pocket knives and flashlights. Some of my flashlights have magnetic bottoms so it's fun to stick them to the side of the box for display. I would like to see it in a few more colors such as: black or grey or dark blue. I have it in red which is fun and makes it look like a traditional floor standing tool cart.

Mini toolbox is a nice addition to my hobby desk. It holds the necessary hand tools for carving and cutting. The top storage area is surprisingly roomy. Plus, this thing is built like a tank. It will last for years for sure. Very nice for storing your essential tools when you have limited space./

This is a nice little storage box. It feels like pretty solid gauge steel. I have a similar small box that I got from Harbor Freight (US General brand) during their Christmas special sale last year. I was expecting this WORKPRO box to be similar, but I actually like it quite a bit more. Compared to the US General box, the WORKPRO is larger and more usable with deeper drawers and a deeper top storage area. The drawer slides are also quite a bit better on the WORKPRO. They extend out further (not quite full depth extension, but close), are nice ball bearing slides, and you can remove the drawers if you slide the catches on both sides. On the US General box, I didn't see an easy way to remove the drawers for cleaning or to retrieve lost items that might fall out into the body of the box. One aspect of the US General box I like more is that there is a magnetic catch for the drawers. They snap closed and hold closed nicely. On the WORKPRO, there is a pretty stiff catch mechanism at the end of the drawer slide travel. It takes a bit of force to shut the drawer completely and "lock" it closed. The WORKPRO is a bit more expensive than the US General box, but I think it's a better design. It does also come with two spare rubber feet in case you lose any of the original 4.

For ~$40 as I'm reviewing, this is a decent value for a small toolbox. It's fairly heavy, the lid opens smoothly, and the drawers feel like they have bearings and don't just slide. Why only three stars? First, there's no latch on the lid to keep it closed; second, there's nothing keeping the drawers from coming out. Lots of toolboxes have a bar that goes down when the lid is closed so that the drawers won't come out without the lid being open, but not this one, so if you pick the toolbox up to move it and aren't careful, the drawers come sliding out. Thanks to how easily the drawers move, they come out pretty quickly too. My third issue is that there's no handle, not on the top, not on the ends, no easy way to pick up the toolbox. If you are going to set this box on a table or bench and never move it, you may never think about these negatives. I've been working with tools and tool boxes all of my life, so it's hard for me to not notice these negatives. If it will be stationary for you, and if the size is right, this will probably work perfectly for you. If you'll be moving it around very often at all, it's not the best. I still think it's a good value for what it is, so a solid three stars from me.

My SO is currently using this to store her copious amounts of jewelry and as skeptical as I was, it's actually perfect for the job haha. The drawers are rubber lined so all of her metals aren't getting scratched and they don't slide around. They open and close silently. They also do not open unless firmly pulled, so that you can move the box around confidently knowing the drawers won't pop open. The top is where she stores her necklaces and thicker bangles. Really nice color too!
