As far as this gardener is concerned, you really can not have enough garden tools. This assortment is a perfect starter set or addition to your collection as the assortment and design of each tool is different enough to justify getting these (does one really need to justify getting their garden tools?!?) One feature you will like on each tool is the comfortable wooden handle that also has a helpful "lanyard" loop to hang on a hook if desired. The working heads of the tools have unique features : 1) the hand trowel has nice sharpened edges to help cut through some of the most stubborn soil types; 2) the crack weeder is really the secret weapon against those nasty weeds that come up between bricks, sidewalk cracks and curbs. This tool will help you remove those weeds with ease; 3) the weeder trowel has a nice thin serrated blade that will help you dig out those ever-present dandelions, helping you to dig deep and get all the roots. This tool is also helpful when preparing holes for bulbs. The pricing for these tools is spot-on. These are good quality, sturdy tools that should last several seasons if you take care of them. These seem to be able to take the normal kind of abuse the earth will give without bending or breaking.

Well. Colour me shocked. Products can claim to be heavy duty and can look heavy duty all they like in an online listing, but frequently they arrive and *dramatic pause* they're not. You know the trowel is going to bend at the welds the minute you try and do any digging, and the handle is some awful low grade wood that'll just splinter and fall apart under pressure. These tools are very much NOT that. Very solid and reassuring construction. The blades on each are welded to a very substantial looking spur that disappears into beech handles, and is secured by a pinned collar that isn't already wobbling and moving before use. In this neck of the woods it'll be a few more weeks before I can actually use them, but they can't be bent by your own force and don't feel at all lightweight or flimsy. The trowel looks sharp, strong and fit for purpose. The bulb planting trowel has depths engraved on it, and again looks like it will easily deal with the rigours of planting in any sort of soil. The weeding tool has a bit of flex to it, but still looks strong and sharp, and has a guide on it for working on paving cracks etc, to prevent slips and accidents. Can't wait for Spring to actually spring. These feel like very capable gardening tools. Will update this review when they've been in use for a couple of months.

Well built garden tools with stainless steel blades and 100% FSC certified wood handles with attached leather hangers. The set consists of a trowel, transplanter and crack weeder. Blades have a sharp bevel to them. Short trowel is approximately 11 1/2” long including the handle. Transplanter has a tapered blade with serrations along one edge and markings down the center in inches and centimeters. I measured down the blade from the six inch line to the tip of the blade and it is 1/4” short. I tried them out in my yard using them not for their intended purpose, but to dig up some weeds coming up in my flower beds and grass. The trowel did okay, but the transplanter did wonderfully. I was working on some invasive spider wort that was popping up here and there in the grass. It has 2 to 3” roots and they’re thick. You have to get all of the root and rhizomes in order to eliminate it. The transplanter easily cut through the sod and went in deep enough that I was able to get all the root. They’re great quality gardening tools for the price.

The garden tools that were ordered have arrived just in time for the yard work that needs to be done. Oh joy, yard work 🙄. At least these tools will provide the proper means to a successful and beautiful goal. Gardening is a great hobby. My daughter has just begun learning the different skills of working in a yard.and we've continued to preach that the right tools in-hand are a MUST to ensure success. MY tools have slowly been working in her Bermuda Triangle garden and have never been seen, again! When I found this 3-piece set, I was excited to get it. The large beech wood handles are easy to hold in your hand without cramping. Also, the stainless steel thick metal parts should never bend. This set also includes a, um, 'crack weeder', which I had never heard of. There will be no more fighting to get the weeds that grow in the sidewalk and driveway. This tool does a great job. The included tool that helps till the soil in order to relocate and divide some plants will replace my handy-dandy steak knife! I had no idea these tools even existed, until this set. By the way, the hand trowel will be hidden from my daughter!

We really like to garden but needed some fresh tools this spring. I saw these and gave them a try - here's what I like: - Overall, the construction feels heavy dury, and should last. - The weed puller trowel is long and deep enough to cut around most dandelion roots, allowing them to be pulled cleanly. - The crack weeding tool does a good job of getting into those cracks to digs those weeds or grass out. It's especially good running between planks on a deck. - The handles are shaped well, but you'll want to wear some gardeing gloves. - The leather lanyards allow the tools to hung up out of the way. Some comments... A minor nit, but one that still bugs me...WORKPRO is a brand "...Proudly Manufactured By: Greatstar Industrial USA, LLC." These tools were made in China... Overall, this is a good gardening tool kit. The blades are on the thicker side, so they should last without bending, even under heavy use.
