This is a very nice comforter set! Definitely worth the price. Extremely cozy and warm, washes incredibly well. This set reminds me of how comforters and linens were made many years ago. I was drawn to this bedding set by the design on the comforter, but the additional pieces mentioned in the description were a welcome bonus. Unfortunately, there are no decorative pillows - just pillow cases (4 large and 2 small). Then there is the skirt for the bottom of the bed. That being said, the price is high for a comforter and some pillow cases. The comforter is obviously the main attraction in this set, and it is large and soft. It covers my queen-sized mattress fully. It's fairly lightweight for its size and the filling is soft and fluffy. I actually preferred the look of my black pillow cases with this comforter, and they are also a smoother, cooler feeling fabric than the included pillow cases. It has just become warm/hot season where I live and I won't really get to use this until next fall or winter. But it does feel warmer, softer, and higher quality than my current comforter, so I'm betting it will lend to a good night's sleep. Overall, the comforter is all I care about... I like how it looks and feels. I might use the large pillow cases at some point, but I don't have the little decorative pillows and I'm not buying some just because it came with pillow cases for them. The price would have made a little more sense if the set was more complete. I would personally value this set at half its price. ... show more

I really like this comforter set. It’s the same quality set that you would get at your local big box store. It’s kinda soft but not scratchy. The appearance is beautiful. After about a day the comforter will fluff up. It’s easy to wash. It’s a good value too.

This is the type of full bed set you would find in a nice hotel. It actually has more items than are needed, but add to the high class effect. It looks great, both from a pattern and quality point of view. I had no problems with the components fitting onto my full size bed. The materials are soft and comfortable, with no weird smells right out of the storage worthy/reusable zipper package. While all of the other items are wonderful, the star of the show is the comforter. It is nice, thick and heavy. It is nice and warm, doing the job of comforting. I am actually fortunate to catch it at the end of the cold season to be able to actually try it out without sweating. I'll have to put it away until the next cold season. This would be nice for yourself, and even nicer if you rent your space out as a B&B. I just have one pic. The ad pics are accurate and much better. ... show more

I’ve been testing this 8-piece set, and the visual impact of the Southwestern design is fantastic. The colors are vibrant and it really transforms the room. The Standout Accessory: The small decorative pillow included in the set is the highlight for me. It features genuine embroidery that adds a wonderful tactile quality and a premium feel. It’s a great accent piece that brings a bit of "soul" to the bed. The Comforter Material: It is important to note that while the patterns look deeply textured in photos, the comforter itself is a smooth, peached herringbone polyester. The "Aztec" design is digitally printed onto the fabric rather than being woven or embroidered. Pros: Softness: The "peached" finish makes the polyester very soft to the touch and comfortable for sleeping. Maintenance: Because it’s a smooth print, it’s much easier to clean and won't snag like a heavy jacquard or woven fabric might. Complete Look: Having the matching shams and bed skirt makes for a very cohesive setup. Considerations: If you are looking for a heavy, tactile "rug-style" texture on the comforter, be aware that this is a smooth-surface textile. The Comforter is nice a lofty but this "Bed in a Bag" does not include the top or bottom sheets. The comforter is soft and will certainly keep you warm in the winter. The quality is good, but not so spectacular that it demands such a high price. It's make in Pakistan where labor is very cheap. So why such a high price? Most other brands at 1/4 to 1/2 the price do include sheets. There are a couple of matching pillows included, but I'd rather have sheets than a couple more pillows. Overall, I'm very disappointed in Woolrich for calling this a "Piece Bed in a Bag" when you can't make the bed with this set. I recommend looking elsewhere for a complete set, especially at this high price. ... show more
