I have a smaller bowl, so small in fact that I used it as a candy dish. This however, is large and holds a work in progress, a lapghan. The finish on the bowl is beautiful, no rough spots anywhere. The spiral yarn feed is smooth, no snags. The bowl can move when yarn is pulled, but a yarn coaster helped to secure it. It's a good buy, feature-wise. Plus, fast shipping.

A good quality yarn bowl. Bowl is a great size for small balls of yarn, and a beautiful wood material that looks very expensive. No rubber or grips on the bottom, so the bowl has a tendency to walk away during use. Overall good product for the price.

I received this as a gift. I like how it looks but it doesnβt work with all the yarns I have tried in it. Itβs quite small and light weight, so when I pull more yarn, the whole bowl often comes along. The yarn often slips out of the little curl thatβs supposed to hold it. The edges are a little rough and might fray some delicate yarns.
