I was going to return this item because its smaller and cheaper than I expected but my kid is in love with it. My 18 month old and her 4 year old cousin played with it for hours the first time I brought it out so it was worth the 20$. Cups are about 1 inch tall 1 1/2 inch wide for reference. I love tea parties. My girls love tea parties. I have plenty of breakable teacups. This wooden tea set ensures even the littlest guests will be able to join in the fun. The edges are smooth and the painted details are fantastic. There are 2 cups, 2 saucers, 2 spoons, 2 cookies. I wish they had included 2 tea bags and 2 lemons but there are only one of each. There is an adorable teapot and one long tea tray. There is another pitcher. To me, it is the oddball in the set. It looks like a creamer but there is no sugar bowl to complement it. Plus, it's too big to be a creamer in comparison to the teapot. So, we're calling it a pitcher which might hold a different make-believe beverage such as lemonade. :) Overall, I love this tea set.
