I was looking for a craft kit for my grandson and was thinking about diamond painting so I really liked this set as it incorporates diamond painting into the decorating options. It has a lot of items to make in just one kit so it should keep him busy for awhile. Some craft kits have only a couple of items so would be used up too fast. There are also so many options on how to decorate the items. Kids can be very creative in their designs which is nice. There are ideas but they can really go off book from what is suggested. I do think it is very a little on the high side for price considering what is included.

My four year old is starting to get really into crafting, this kit is perfect, it’s so versatile and includes lots of components so that she can just be super creative! I love it!

I've taught art therapy classes for a long time and now I do it from our farm, incorporating nature and other aspects into child and teen therapy courses.. I wanted to try out this set to work into our program and it was ideal! the wood pieces that look like tree slices are beautiful - while some of the outer "bark" was chipped, it's wood - making it all the more realistic... The paints and little decorative pieces that came with this were also perfect in that kids could see everything to choose from, and not be overwhelmed but have what they needed in order to create their own special piece of artwork. While I did incorporate a few items of my own into these pieces, the students had plenty to work with and use in order to create a windchime as well as decorative ornaments, and a few made keyrings out of theirs (I gave them the keyring part). The kit was a big hit and we still have some items remaining to use with other projects soon... The stickers weren't used with the wood as they don't stick too well, or you would use glue with them on the wood, but they did love the stickers for their journaling work! One of the best parts is that kids who are 5 or 6, as well as teens, and adults!... can all make use of this kit and find out just how creative they can be with all of the options ! It's a lot of fun and this would be a GREAT holiday or birthday gift for almost anyone who enjoys a bit of creativity!

I like the idea of a big paint kit for multiple children, since we have lots of kids ourselves. But this kit outdoes itself in some not so great ways. It's got clay, diamond art, mobiles, and wood slices. I have no idea what to do with the clay since that doesn't help make any painting. There's no clear instructions for what to do with each item and no clear single project that each could assemble. It's like someone wandered into a craft store and just grabbed handfuls of random items and stuffed them in a cardboard box. You can do that yourself if you want. The support materials, like stickers and stencils, are too thin and the packaging too small, so these wound up folded and bent, making them useless. I suspect they're only included to allow the seller to brag about how many pieces are included in the kit. A better idea would be to package a single, well-thought out project with clear instructions and just enough quality materials for four kids to each make their own. That's what we thought we were getting, so this kit disappointed.

Perfect craft kit to do during cold and rainy weather. Everything you need is all in the kit and the materials are sturdy and durable!!! My 8yo niece and I made the projects for her to give as Christmas gifts to the family and we had a great time!!! Well worth the money!!!

This is definitely a good project for kids. It could have better paint included. If you want them to make Christmas ornaments, just buy some supplies that will last.
