The chairs are foldable and very comfortable however not durable. The supporting wood framing under one arm was quite brittle so it cracked away from the screws which provide support to the arm. With the arm loosen from the chair, the whole chair has almost fallen apart in just 2 months. No issue with the other chair as yet. I am disappointed because I really loved these chairs. The chairs were kept covered from the elements when they were not in use so this bad outcome was not cause by misuse or the element, the support wood was just quite brittle and since all parts of the chair function together, the whole thing begin to break way as well. Update: Seller contacted me promptly with the promise of a replacement for the broken chair. I am still waiting for the promise to be fulfilled. This hasn't happened yet. Will update further if the chair is delivered by the seller. What I found strange in the communication is that my address was being requested even though that address remains the same as per the original Amazon purchase. The seller was directed to use the same address and information as per the original purchase, information which can be provided by Amazon. Let's hope the request is not a tactic to delay resolving the issue. Further Update: This company has great customer service and was consistent in making contact with me through Amazon to indicate their interest in replacing the chair that had failed. I have now submitted to WSM the relevant delivery information for the replacement and the company has confirmed that replacement will be made by January 10th 2023. I am very satisfied with this outcome and would therefore not hesitate to recommend these chairs but the great customer service offered by the company. On the basis of this service experience, my rating has been upgraded to 5 stars.

The pieces arrived well laid out in the package. The hardware was labeled. The pieces are not. Having a power drill would be incredibly useful and the package says so but I did not have one so this assembly took quite a bit of time and concentration! As the chairs came together it was difficult to understand the best position to put the pieces in as the unit kept falling over or collapsing while I was putting pieces together. Not an endeavor for a novice. The chairs are medium sized and easily moved. The finish is a little rough and it’s hard to tell how well the stain will hold up. Time will tell. Overall happy with them for what I need.

This chair is very comfortable and easy to put together. We clear coated with Thompson clear water seal. Well made and sure to last a long time. Note: if your a very large human this chair won’t work for you. Seats an average size person just right. May be tight if your on the huge side….. We had an issue with one of the arms and the company was quick to resend a replacement arm. Great customer service!! Would buy again.

The chairs came as described. Very pretty. I ordered the grey set. More assembly required than expected, with some holes not lining up. But, that was only one board. All equipment recommended on instructions are definitely needed, especially drill. Chairs fold up nicely and easily. Overall, good deal for the price.

The instructions were in color which helps make it easy to put together. My 11 year old put it together. It was making a creaking sound, but even when I tightened things up a little more, it still makes some movement sound. Also, I would expect the wood to feel less weathered. I wish the wood was sanded down, but it feels rougher than I imagined.
